Absolutely what you want as a solo traveler or family or group . 3mins walk to the beach and all lamai has . Jeff and his staff were brilliant .easy check in and left alone .but on hand to help when needed. The rooms are big enough to move around and have big beds all Comfy and ample pillows Functional kitchen and nice shower room with hot water . I didn’t use the Pool bit for a dip and. Cold beer in the afternoon it’s ideal. Couldn’t really fault Aussieland . It was perfect for what I wanted it for and guest friendly. Already booked again after my little trip away. We loved everything! After travelling for nearly 6 months, having our own mini home was just perfect. In our apartment we had a bedroom with sofa and Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube or streaming from your phone) kitchen (two hobs, kettle, microwave and toaster). We also had a full size fridge, plus freezer, which was a first and meant we could do a decent shop at Lotus and stock up on items. The rooms were very clean and we were given a very good supply of toilet roll (many a place expects a couple to survive on half a roll for a week :) ) The pool area is great and there's lots of sunloungers available. It's described as a plunge pool but it's actually a lot bigger than we thought and was a great refreshing way to end the day. There's also a bar area with beers at a really good price, plus other spirits and soft drinks. It is also a sports bar, so if there is a certain game or match you want to watch, that can be arranged for you. It's in a brilliant location, about 3 minutes walk to all the restaurants, bars and a 7 eleven, and maybe 6 or 7 minutes walk to the beach. At the end of the road there's some scooter rentals for exploring the island further, we just chose to do this on a day by day basis, as sometimes we just wanted to spend the day at Lamai beach! Jeff and Moo were fantastic hosts and we really enjoyed having a chat and getting to know them! Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

Nothing, everything was perfect for us.

Only place you need to stay in ko samui! Nice Australian guy has built his paradise here 😂 The bungalows are very clean and spacious - has a little induction hob cooker, kettle, sink and big fridge in case you wanted to whip something up yourself. It’s not pictured on here, but the bungalows are situated on a pond, which is quite cool ! Nice seating area outside every room & good location, 2 mins to walk onto main Lamai strip. Would really recommend - could see it being good for families & couples ect.

We liked the spacious bungalows which were clean, had great air con in the bedrooms, was in a central location not far from the markets and central part of Lamaii.

The swimming pool at the front was very small but still good to be able to have a refreshing dip in it after a hot day out. The only other thing was that there was heaps of tiny ants crawling all over the kitchen in one of our bungalows (we had 2 bungalows, the other one was fine tho).

We stayed in bungalow 11, 3 adults, it's was nice -2 spaced rooms with air condo and fan -kitchenette with all necessary (you can make breakfast easily) -there is a lot of greenery around the bungalow and it is always in the shade, does not heat up much in the sun -terrace with coach -Netflix tv and good wifi -you may buy any beers on reception -just 8 min to the beach on the main road by cafe, bars and massage -small but clean and refreshing pool -friendly owners

The room was big and comfortable, with a big TV with various streaming platforms which made the overall experience much better. The actual location is beautiful, we enjoyed coming home to the bungalow every day. The owner and staff were all lovely and even provided us with a HDMI cable for my laptop - which no other accommodation was able to do. I can't recommend it enough.

The pool was very small, but not a problem.

Nice 2 Bedroom Bungalow. Little pool at the entrance next to the bar, lovely host from down under which welcomed us with a cold beer. Parking for cars limited, but still enough in the road. Dining with seafood market next street within a 5 min walk. To the beach maybe 10 mins walk. Nightlife also in walking distance, but absolute benefit is that in and around the bungalows you hear nothing from the streets.

We had a wonderful bungalow. The accomodation is beautiful and it is so nice to reach other places. It is calm and still central.

I would have liked to get more information about the area. If you enter the main center of lamai and want to go to the beach, there is unfortunatly a lot of sextourism going on, which I did not like. Anyway the accomodation cant change something about that obvisiouley and it is still a nice place to stay, but we escaped lamai a little bit more and experienced different places on the island, what you maybe want to do anyway. There is so much to do on this beautiful island.

Very spacious, had a little kitchen area, as well as large sofa and table and clean little en-suite. The TV even had Netflix which was really good since we are travellers we missed having Netflix back home. Nice little table tennis and pool area. Australian guy who runs it is really nice. Cute budgies / parrots outside aswell. Definitely would recommend!

The bathroom window didn’t have blinds/curtain but not much of a problem as there’s mainly just land behind.

I Really enjoyed the facilities the kitchen was well equipped nice and clean good wifi ,hot shower has every thing you need and very quiet area It is not to far from anything food ,pharmacy, scooter hire ,711 just minutes walk Good friendly staff I would definitely come back and stay again

The only thing would be the beds were harder then what I'm use too seems to be common in half the accomodation that I have stayed in Thailand
