I highly recommend the Jomkitti Boutique Hotel . I stayed 4 nights. The team was very attentive. Mei jo, and Pam at the réception and the men team were very enthusiastic to make sure to come handy at help you with everything making sure your comfort was their priority. Felt like home. My suite room was large, with a spacious bathroom with à big bathtub. Hygiene / cleanliness+++. I would give more than 10 out of 10. The delicious breakfast varied each day, i enjoyed every moment of my stay, and will come again to this place without even looking for accomodation elsewhere . I salute the Jomkitti team for their quality services.

One of the highlights of our trip. All of our rooms were incredibly clean, as well as the various facilities throughout the hotel. The location was excellent, and we were not disrupted by the school across the street. The building overall was incredibly quiet. Staff were lovely throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Upon arrival, we were told we had to pay a refundable room deposit in cash. Not a huge deal, but it did make a difference for our trip in terms of budgeting. We were short about 2000 baht in cash upon our arrival, which was returned to us on the day we were leaving Thailand. Ideally, we would have liked to know this information in advance or be able to have the deposit returned on card.

The staff was incredible, everyone is super friendly and helpful.

-Walls are very thin, I could hear everything happening in my neighbour's room. Probably not a good choice for light sleepers. -Aircon was very loud and not very effective. I've set it to 16 degrees, but it was still warm.

We have stayed at Jomkitti previously and never look for another hotel when we return. The staff is always great. You are always greeted with smiles and they are there to help with anything you need. We love the room and the size of it the bathroom is modern with plenty of hot water in the shower. The huge deck off the 3rd floor is an extra bonus. A nice place to sit when you are resting or need a break from exploring the beautiful city. It's down a quieter one way street off the main street. This does not bother us infact this is one of the reasons we stay here but directly across from Jomkitti is a school. If you don't like the sounds of kids having fun this is not the place for you.

We were there two years ago and since then we do see wear and tear on the room. Particularily the bathroom, the water gets under the floor from the shower and is squishy. They are charging a higher price for this hotel and they have to keep it up or it will just become another so so hotel in the Old City.

This is a lovely boutique hotel very near 2 beautiful Buddhist temples, Watchediluang Varaviharn and close enough to Wat Phra Singh and the 3 kings statue to walk. It’s on an ok side street but if you go up to the next intersection it’s bustling with stores, temples, souvenir shops and of course massage places. The breakfast staff and food was great-they will make you a fresh omelette everyday and the coffee (machine) was a perfect start to the day. Our room was lovely, modern and clean. Bottles of water every day and cleaning staff is awesome as is the welcoming staff downstairs. There is a coffee shop in the lobby and they serve cakes, teas, coffees and sodas. Nice place with AC. We didn't use the pool or gym as the city is walkable. Overall, I wasn’t overly impressed with Old City but the temples and people made it worthwhile.

The location is good as the hotel is right next to the old city main temples and night markets, if of interest. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was nice and breakfast was good as well.

Something that might be improved is the fact that if you don’t switch on the “make up my room” button every morning, no one comes to make up the room at all, and they leave water bottles and toilet paper in front of your door, which is quite weird and not hygienic. Even if you signal to make up your room, they just make the bed and give you new towels but do not clean the floor. The pool is also quite small, and our room had a door that communicated to the room next to ours. Nothing of major concern but the door could actually be opened if someone wanted to.

Fantastic staff - so helpful and very friendly. Great location giving easy access to the old city both on foot and by taxi/tour pick up. Good sized room and bathroom with a bath and shower. Good breakfast. Laundry service is very good and realistically priced. Lovely coffee shop attached to the hotel.

We were a bit disappointed to find our executive room was on the ground floor with no access to outside space such as a terrace. The room was quite dark being in the corner with the gym mezzanine partially shading light. However, the room was a good size and comfortable for our needs. The pool is small and doesn't get much sun, so not really somewhere to sit out and relax. The towels are showing their age and need replacing.

Jomkitti Boutique Hotel is located very centrally in Chiang Mai old town. All famous sights and temples can easily be reached by walking. Lots of nice restaurants and cafés and the night market / in hall market are very close. My room was spacious and very well equipped. Highlight is the high-tech toilet (see picture), which I experienced only in Japan so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I used the pool the lady from the reception came out to switch on the whirlpool for me to make my swim more comfortable. The breakfast buffet is not very big, but for me fully sufficient.

I was wondering that at checkin I had to pay a deposit for eventual damage in the room. Also in the room was a big list with fines for damage from a glass to the hairdryer. I never have seen this before, but probably Jomkitti made some bad experiences with guests.

The staff are amazing, so helpful and pleasant. Free cycles to get around on provided by the hotel. Great location in the old town. Decent breakfast. There is a lovely park about 10 minutes walk away, where you can hire a yoga mat and towel if you wish to lie down and chill. It is definitely worth a visit just to see the people walking and balancing on the tight-ropes. The park has a real laid back vibe and so pleasant.

The pool is nice, but is in the shade the whole day. If you are a sunbather, you will manage approximately 1.5-2.0hrs on two loungers which are elevated in the corner, otherwise everything is in the shade. The gym is quite small and hasn't got much in it.

The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The room is a great size. The hotel is well located for touring around the Old City. It also has a nice little gym and a good pool! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would particularly like to mention Meiju at reception who was always cheerful and helpful in so many ways. I have stayed in many hotels around the world but rarely have I met a staff member who is so good at her job! The breakfasts were always good and provided great variety for what is a boutique hotel. The coffee shop at the front of the hotel also served great coffee (CM is known for its coffee)

I had no complaints at all
