The apartment was nice,everything i needed on the day was there. I ordered a takeaway and was able to eat it in appropriate plates and cutlery which were at the property. Television in the living/dining area and another in the bedroom, dining table, fridge.

The fact that they ask you are reception for a £200 deposit. We are both professionals and could afford to do so, but later I thought about it and wondered what would happen if we didn't have £200 or what happened to the guests who just wanted to book the apartment for a night and can only afford the room and not yhr deposit? Do they lose their money that they already use to book their room? I was also a bit uncomfortable the next day waiting for my money to be returned to my account because I know not everyone are honest and may say say something was wrong so I lost my deposit or some of it. That's just how my brain works anyway. My deposit was returned within 48 hours.

You need to be transparent about the deposit. It is completely unacceptable to charge a £200 deposit - which you take from our bank accounts - at check in

The room was very good with ample light and furnished well. We stayed 2 nights in each separate type of room. The classic room was bit congested for 2 person. Second night we stayed in Grand room which was spacious. In the grand room the coffee machine was nor working. in each room they MUST have manual of how to operate various kitchen equipements. Overall good.

One of the staffs at the reception on the first day who checked in was not very welcoming. The same person on the second day, I went downstairs to get some breakfast things from the shop and at the same time I asked the lady at the reception for extra coffee so she called the room maid and gave her the job. Then she told me "you can leave now" twice and her face was sour. What she could have told me instead " the coffee will be delivered to your room".

Very helpful staff, whole place is newly renovated. I liked the studio room, a reasonable size with bed behind a small divider wall. Kitchenette was decently equipped, good shower. Quite close to city centre and a few nice restaurants / coffee shops.

The breakfast items on offer from the downstairs shop were poor. Bed not the most comfortable, a bit too firm for me and could do with a slightly larger table that could double as a desk space.

A Fantastic Stay at the New Aparthotel in Birmingham! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly opened Aparthotel in Birmingham, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a fantastic stay. The location of the Aparthotel is simply unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Birmingham, it offers easy access to the city's vibrant cultural scene, close to the shops, trains and easy to find. The attention to detail in the design and decor of the Aparthotel is fantastic, offering contemporary and stylish furnishings create a modern yet cosy ambiance that instantly makes you feel at home. The spacious apartments are tastefully decorated, with every amenity thoughtfully provided for a comfortable stay. The staff members are professional, friendly and attentive. I felt truly valued. The apartments themselves are functional, clean and well-maintained with fully equipped kitchens with washing machine and dishwashers, comfortable beds, and modern bathrooms.

I cannot fault it! There was nothing that I didn't like or think that I was able to improve. The location was fantastic and all amenities were more than expected! It is a welcome asset to the lone traveller market!

The place was absolutely amazing. Close to town. Shop downstairs which was very convenient. Room was clean. 24 hour concierge.

Honestly, I loved my stay at Aparthotel Birmingham. First off, the room was way bigger than I expected really spacious, super clean, and it actually felt like a proper little apartment rather than just a hotel room. You could tell they’d thought about the details, like having a good kitchen setup and comfy furniture. It felt really welcoming, not clinical like some places. The location was a massive win too. I could walk to the Bullring shopping center in about 10 minutes, and . It made getting around Birmingham ridiculously easy no stress at all. The staff were genuinely lovely too. Not just polite, but actually friendly like they were happy to have you there. They helped me figure out a few local spots to check out, and they were quick if I needed anything. And for what I paid? Honestly, it felt like a steal. I got way more than I expected for the price. It just had that nice balance of feeling a bit fancy without being over the top. I’d definitely stay there again without thinking twice.

Loved how you had everything you needed in a good amount of space. Great attention to detail. The shower was powerful and was easy to use. I had a kettle in my room which was perfect for me as a non coffee drinker, but some rooms do have a coffee machine included too! If you’re a coffee drinker, ensure you get one of those rooms for some fancier coffees. TV was great in the room, had your freeview channels, and lots of apps for you to log into (Netflix, Apple TV, Chromecast, Disney+). Everything was clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Some colleagues I travelled with were able to get a free breakfast when just announcing their room number in the on-site co-op. This was not explained to me at check in and I learnt this the next morning after I had made some purchases. This should be detailed to all guests. Additionally, the hotels WhatsApp chatbot told me the hotel does not provide towels so I bought one of my own, but the hotel does provide two towels, two hand towels and a bathroom mat for the shower! Maybe have a look into the chatbot answers! Other than that, it was a very fantastic stay!

Honestly, we were new to trying out the Aparthotels and I was a bit nervous as when ive stayed in some normal hotels, i always seemed to have issues. But this was the best experience of my whole life and my partner definitely agrees. We were met and greeted by the best human with the warmest smile and quite frankly the best jokes. This immediately put me at ease so Id like to give a massive thanks to Abdullahi! This customer service was 10/10 for the entire duration of our stay and he always has a smile on :). The establishment was so sleek and modern. The hygiene was 10/10. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade and I GASPED at the suite we were given. We felt so at home the entire time. A big thank you to Aparthotel!
