Near the city center,to the raiway station. It provides the necessary fora short stay. Pleasent and helpful staff. Adequate breakfast.

They gave us only 2 towels for 2 persons and we had to give our id as a "deposit" to have a hair dryer!!! . Small rooms , no closet , the bathroom had not ventilation and the bathroom door was not closing completely. Also no place to lean the luggage, we had to leave them on the floor.

Lovely, friendly staff at reception. Room comfortable. Breakfast was copious and there was a large choice of good quality food. Location was brilliant. Free Parking was a huge bonus. Good noise insulation; couldn't hear busy road with window closed

The room was far too hot and uncomfortable at night making sleeping difficult. Had to pay extra 5 euros for our dog.

The room was very basic, no frills or extras, but all that was necessary was there. Very environmental friendly, no waste or plastic. No room keys, just keypad. Breakfast was fine, self service, abundant with basic food. The bread and pastries were amazing. Not much choice but perfect to start the day. Location is good, a bit off the center but it's only a few minutes away from the main attractions and the train station. On the whole it was great!

Perhaps an extra pillow could be provided. A small hand or face towel would have been nice to have, since this is not provided. Staff struggled with English.

The size of the room is spacious, very comfy bed, clear window that can have a look overall of the city view. Also lift is provided for guests.

A bit far from train station if you walk and have lots of stuffs. The air-conditioning is a bit cold and freezing. And hair-dryer is not provided in every room, you have to ask receptionist for it and give your id card or passport in order to borrow the hair-dryer.

Pleasant Reception staff greeted us. Free, convenient parking opposite entrance. Quiet room Breakfast room had enough tables inside and outside available

Perfect location, we did everything walking. There’s a supermarket and a pharmacy just around the corner. 20 min by car from the airport. Kind staff. :-)

We just missed a small fridge inside the room. Besides that, everything was perfect. Very confortable.

I loved it! Weather did us good.I felt so confortable during the night when i went to go get dinner as the town was very lively, a few restaurants were still open and everyone there was super kind. Staff were welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was immaculate the kids enjoyed the nutella dispenser! I had an amazing sleep as the beds were super comfortable. Thank you Ibis for such an amazing stay.

Absolutely nothing!

I liked the comfort and quick check in and check out. Also, I didn't pay for the luggage service so I was pleased. The bedroom was similar to the photos on booking so I didn't had a disappointment. Great value to the price. The bedroom was clean and the teams was always there to help in any question.

Air conditioner

Easy to find and good location. Excellent parking right outside the front door. Pleasant check in with friendly staff. Good quick lifts. Good bathroom with decent shower. Good breakfast with plenty of nice coffee. Everywhere perfectly clean.

Room was on the small side but expected for budget hotel. Bed was small with only one thin pillow each side. Lots of noise from road outside despite being on 8th floor.

We had a quite spacious room overlooking the Canal du Midi and it was great for a 2 night stay.

We chose the hotel for proximity to the coach and railway stations and it was good in this respect. Easy to get lost finding your way to the city centre but that was our fault, not the hotel. No restaurants close by but we enjoyed the walk along the canal.
