Excellent location only a few minutes walk from the Waterfront and Gas Town. Really friendly and helpful staff who made great recommendations for local coffee shops and where to get breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening plus advice on getting around the city. Good sized room with excellent facilities and service - powerful shower, refreshed coffee pods for the coffee machine everyday, fresh water provided. Very clean everywhere. We didn't use the fitness suite and swimming pool but lots of people were during our stay. Good value for money.
The bed was very hard. There isn't anywhere in the hotel to get a coffee or glass of wine/beer etc. But there are places within very short walking distance so it wasn't an issue.

We had a harbour view suite and it was one of the best views I have ever had at a hotel. Windows on two sides gave an almost 270⁰ view. The big comfortable couch was great. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the health club in the building was a big plus, we used the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Excellent access to public transportation, including the sky train lines and ferry. Watching the Harbour Air float planes take off and land was excellent entertainment.
There was not much I didn't like. It might be nice to have some bowls, small plates and flatware in the room. I ate cereal and fruit out of a mug in the morning - the sink, microwave, and fridge are great amenities, but lots of people want to be able to eat a little something in the morning without going out. I don't know if those things are available - I made do with what I had - but if they were, I missed any mention about that in the hotel information at check-in.

Beautiful hotel. The pool and workout facilities are fantastic. The pool is up high with a glass roof so you enjoy beautiful city views as you swim. Fabulous steam, sauna, shower, and change rooms. Huge gym as it’s a private health club for members as well as hotel guests. The room was huge, super clean with stunning city views and super close to everything. Pacific center is just a few blocks away. It’s a beautiful part of town. Very affluent neighbourhood though so it’s not a budget option!
Everything was great. The only thing that might be stressful for some people is navigating the parking situation. You have to drive 2 blocks up and then over 4 blocks or so to access the parcade. The elevator takes you to the hotel lobby but it’s not super well signed and you have to go through the back hallways to get to the lobby. Single women at night need to use caution. They need better elevator instructions as it’s hard to know if you are going to the right floor from the parking lot. However you only have to do it once and then it’s easy and people are very helpful along the way. A few more big arrows with hotel lobby this way would be useful for new guests.

Excelllent location for our Cruise, walking distance with your cases. We were able to drop off our cases early and enjoy a day in Stanley park which is easy access from the hotel (walking distance or electric bike) facilities were fabulous, we used the large swimming pool which was wonderful and clean. The changing facilities were excellent shampoo condiitioner, and all the hair products free to use, including a dyson hairdryer :).
We asked if we could use the facility to drop off our case on our return from the cruise, but unfortunatley they did not offer this for us. They gave us a card for a storage facility near to the cruise terminal. We dropped our cases at a nearby hotel from the cruise terminal who charged $5 per case.

Great location, views. Would definitely stay again.
We did order room service one night which I believe comes from the hotel behind the Auberge. We called reception to arrange this (well within the time). We received a call about 10 minutes later to say that they weren’t answering the phone and it would be better for us to go and get it ourselves. We had already showered and were in our PJs, so we weren’t going out again, which meant we were not having dinner if they didn’t bring it. My husband explained this but it was not clear to him if it was still coming. About 20 minutes later the food turned up.

The staff member at reception was so helpful. They allowed an early check-in at very late notice because they had a room available. The gym and 25m lap pool and outside terrace at the Club were wonderful. Showering facilties at the Club were fabulous. I wish I had more time to utilize the facilties for morenthan one day.. The room was well appointed, and a lovely Nespresso pod machine with pod coffee was really good. The location is excellent to Canada Cruise Center, a short walk away and a short walk to the Metro. Wifi seemed to work.
The room I had looked at an awful block wall, but that was probably the trade-off for an early check-in, so it's not really an issue. I was able to see some other rooms that were bigger and had views. They looked fabulous.

Location fabulous. Staff very helpful. Close to the cruise ships yet you weren't part of the massive crowds. Sophisticated environment. Hotel rooms are above 8 floors of businesses. Very Very comfortable and spacious rooms.
Don't really want to find anything wrong with the hotel as it was a lovey stay. Best to know in advance though that there are no eating facilities/bars etc at the hotel. A minibar would help the arrivals after 15 hours on a plan maybe. Went to the Lion Hotel for a drink on arrival on advice of staff but it was a bit ordinary for food. There is a "kitchen" opposite the hotel open till 5 - SUPERB food there.

Location was fantastic - 2 blocks from the Metro station from the airport and only a 2 block downhill walk to the cruise terminal the next day! Gas Town and its many bars & restaurants are easily reached on foot within a 5 minute walk. Very quiet hotel and well equipped room. Nice to have access to a gym with swimming pool in the same building. Very comfortable and clean room.
It’s not the hotel’s problem exactly, but it’s expensive for a night without breakfast - Vancouver is a very expensive city and this hotel was one of the cheapest with a decent rating and location.

I think that they need reserved parking for guest we drove around the parking garage for about 30 minutes until a space became available. (there is not a lot of driving space and there were tons of reserved spaces) There was no restaurant in the hotel we had to walk around the building outside (did I mention it was raining the whole time) made it inconvenient to go sit in a restaurant to eat, & no snack or drink machines in the hotel, the TV was confusing simply because we would find a program and it always said “NOT Authorized” I think that’s the things that made us a little dissatisfied.

Lovely large room with great view. Beds were super comfy and the shower was delicious! Very friendly staff.
Advertised as having a kitchenette but we didn't realise that this doesn't include a stovetop. There was also no crockery (other than a couple of cups and glasses), cookware, utensils or crockery in our room. We had to request cutlery and crockery to be delivered to the room so that we could cook using the microwave. We just thought that was a bit strange...
