Staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling. It was refreshing for staff to recognise us (e.g the table number at breakfast). Our room was a Double Deluxe which was very spacious & clean. There was a good choice at breakfast and portions were big. The bar/restaurant menu also had a good range of meals, again with big portions. Food was excellent. The hotel is in a great location to explore the area. Great facilities.
I booked 2 Double Deluxe rooms as we were travelling with friends. At check-in, I was handed 2 keys, one of which I gave to our friends. The rooms were next door to each other. On departure day, our friends left a little earlier. The doors of vacated rooms were propped open. As we walked past we were very disappointed to see that our friend's room, and the others, had 2 arm chairs with a side table. Our room had only an extremely uncomfortable chaise-longue that we nicknamed a chaise-short! Impossible for 2 people to sit on, so we were forced to sit on the bed. Very disappointing that two supposedly identical rooms didn't have the same standard of facilities.

Everything was spot on, agreed we could check in early. Fab pool and leisure facilities. My husband had a massage whilst he said was so good. Breakfast was the highlight, normally staff at hotels aren't really present but these ladies 100% were. Made us feel welcome and comfortable. Food was excellent, drinks served straight away, nothing too much. All smiling and happy doing their job, you could tell they were a team. Enjoyed breakfast so much more, well done to them. They greeted everyone that walked into breakfast.
The chef singing at the top of his voice at 6.30am as the kitchen must of been just below our room! We could hear the clatter of pots and pans also. Chef and staff need to be aware rooms are above them and be little more respectful. Not appreciated when staying at a hotel a s want a lay in. Saying that the food that came out of the kitchen was second to none!!

Plenty of easily accessible parking, great facilities, very clean and tidy
The staff for reception being split between front of house at the bar and check-in desk. Whilst having plenty of staff available to greet guests at the spa?. We had to ring the bell several times and then went to the spa, where spa staff had to track down the guy from front of house who was busy in the bar. We requested late check-out, however were told it was not possible as they had people checking in early to our rooms after our check out time. So despite being happy to pay more to check out late, we could not. This meant more of a rush in the morning. We were kindly offered to option to use the rest of the facilities after our check out, and store put luggage which was nice.

The rooms had air con, clean, modern and spacious, breakfast had a good selection and large portions, great heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, very clean! Good sized gym modern high end equipment. Good sized outside seating for bar and evening entertainment large outdoor TV screen to watch sport! Stayed 2 nights, amazing value for money! Highly recommended! Really friendly and efficient staff and service for breakfast and bar in the evening! Will definitely book this again in the future, short walk to beach, Co op and lidl across the road. Ample parking outside! Great Location! 5/5 stars!

The breakfasts were good with great choices. The staff were very friendly especially the breakfast servers and cleaning ladies. Good value for money. Decent shower. Lift which I needed as due for hip replacement. Location ok for sightseeing surrounding area. The carvery up the road was very good. Left small jewellery box behind which they rang and offered to post back free of charge. We didn't try pool or gym but looked great.
View from bedroom window of wall and bird noise as they congregated there. Only 5 hangers in wardrobe and we were there for 5 nights

From arrival to departure every thing was good the breakfasts were lovely. We went in the pool several times and found it to be quite good.the only thing I personally think could have been better was if the pool had been a little bit deeper.
The only thing I personally think could have been better would be if the pool was a little bit deeper. Having said that my wife was satisfied with it but she is smaller than me.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and they were very friendly. The breakfast started the day well and catered for veggies with oat milk and gluten free bread. There’s a big Lidl 1 minute walk from the hotel which was useful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was stunning. The spa facilities were decent with the pool being big enough to do lengths.
A few minor additions to the gym and spa facilities would improve the experience. Providing shower gel in the changing rooms, option to get robes for the hotel guests and having lockers that don’t require a padlock. My partner and I had a massage and they were pleasant enough but could have been more thorough for the price. Conditioner and body moisturiser in the hotel room would’ve been a nice touch.

ROOM--RESTAURANT -- POOL -- BEAKFAST - and STAFF -- ALL VERY GOOD
1 -Bar was small and not very comfortable particularly for older folk !! 2 - Paying for bar drinks and dinner separately, and daily, was not very convenient ( Surely - a bar " tab " would not be too difficult -- payable to Branford's at the end of your stay ?? 3 - Dinner menu - a little disappointing - NO curries, or true pasta dishes , and the Beef chilli was very poor !!

First impression was excellent, reception was clean and corridor to room smelt really clean (similar to dentist surgery smell) Breakfast table, once again excellent on the eye, Sauce bottles where clean even when lid was opened no old sauce around the bottle hole, 4 new marmalade jars aswell
behind bathroom door room 28 needed tidying a little and around air con unit a little messy

The suite was clean, comfortable and had a gorgeous bath. The air con was SO good. The leisure facilities were never too busy and pool is a good size. The adjoined bar/restaurant had lots going on E.G Olympics showing and a live band which was fun but also the room was far enough that you could relax in peace if preferred. The breakfast was delicious and hearty with good choice. The location is great for other things EG 10 min wall or 2 min drive to beach, next to a Lidl, 10 min drive to Yarmouth or other coastal towns etc.
The location is great for getting out and about plus your room feels quiet and peaceful, however, if you're looking for a picturesque hotel, this isn't for you I.e next to roads and a lidl. However beach nearby is plenty picturesque!
