Check in was smooth, appreciate the front desk for explaining in detail how to get around the property and the car park. The apartment itself was spacious, kitchen was well equipped (would appreciate they provided complimentary coffee pods with the nespresso machine). Bathroom also well equipped. Overall the apartment met my expectations - providing a comfortable stay during our time there.

We did spot a few small roaches here and there in the kitchen and bathroom area which made me and my family feel slightly uncomfortable. While its considered a small downside we would appreciate a cleaner apartment especially since it was mostly carpeted.

Member in office was very polite and cheerful.

The parking situation. The map we were given was difficult to read in the dim lighting of the basement. When I rang for assistance, the person I spoke to was not helpful at all. When we eventually got to the apartment, we found that the internet & wi-fi was not working. Again spoke to someone and was informed that it would be fixed. We gave permission for this to happen & then went out. When we returned, nothing was fixed. I rang reception and the person I spoke to said this was the first she had heard about the issue. She came to the room and then spoke, via phone, to a technician who gave her the assistance she needed. We were lucky that she was interested in helping us.

Communication via booking,com was different to what I was receiving direct from the property. There were mulitple codes sent which I had to check which was valid. The booking,com conifrmation said to collect the keys and that free parking was included, This was incorrect and I had to pay for parking and wait for a key code

The codes to access the room and carpark was very confusing. We prefer swipe cards for access, they are more reliable.

Quite confusing to find as the name on the building does not clearly indicate the name of the hotel.

Aircon vents need a good clean. Bit complex with parking different buildings PIN numbers and fobs. But once sorted out it was ok

All good. Thought the $50 fee for not taking out the rubbish was a bit ridiculous.

No good blankets or bed linen. And the shower was really bad! Also, coffee machine provided but no pods- not even at reception..But otherwise great facilities

had some left over cheeses in the fridge. they were on a white plastic board pushed well back on the shelf in the fridge- no biggie
