The lobby of the hotel was beautifully designed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It might be because i went during off-peak season, they kindly allowed me to check out without incurring a fee. The room was clean and spacious. Overall great value for money. I had a really pleasant stay.

The only downside was that there was no power outlet bedside in the room that I was staying in.

Check in was a nice experience and staff were helpful. Even though location was a little further away from sights , public transportation was easy to use and quick ( take number 9 tram ) Room was a huge with plenty of natural light and nice large windows. Very quiet during the night which was what we needed. The breakfast which was included was fantastic and we looked forward to it each morning. Close to Army Museum which is free and a must see. Albert and Tesco are a short walk for supplies.

Would have been great if apartment had a fridge. There were tea making facilities but no fridge and UHT milk is not very nice. Carpet was looking tired and room had a slight smell. Photos showed the new hotel which we thought we were staying at but that is just where we had breakfast.

The front desk was awesome from checkin to making restaurant suggestions to giving directions to get places. They even provided information on the bus route we needed to get to old town. In addition, we had a plumbing problem during our stay and the manager immediately came over to help clean up and they called maintenance in even though it was after hours. In fact, they even offered to move us to another room if we wanted but they took care of things so we felt fine where we were. The room itself was lovely and clean with great lighting and lots of room for us and our luggage. Furthermore, breakfast was awesome with so many choices.

Hotel interior is new. Had i nice garden to sit down. Rooms are huge and wam. Staff was very helpful in everything and spoke very good english. Booked a transfer to the airport, it was 1100 czk with coffee included.

Rooms are a little old and didn't have central light source, only floor and table lamps. The location is pretty far from everything and, if you want to reach the center on foot, you have to go under a bridge. Also the hotel is at the bottom of a hill and sidewalks are made of stones. If you have a baggage and plan to use public transport (which is at the top) on your way back it would be very tiring.

The first thing I want to say is about staff. They are AMAZING. When I arrived there was a boy named antony( I dont know if I typed correctly) he is amazing, he really knows how to work in customer service. Actually I didn’t had high expectations, I was waiting so basic room, but I can say that it was a quite fancy room, with every essentials, staff is always so ready to help you, they are making up your room every day. Breakfast, which is really very good is included. Price is SO good.

It was a quite uncomfortable to go into different building for a breakfast

The room was specious, big bed, full of day light. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was fine, 15 min walk from bus station, 30 min walk to the old city. But luckily, there were also buses in case you got tired. Reality was better then expecting, as there were many negative reviews about the hotel, I think we were lucky to stay in more new building.

The elevator was not working, we must use stairs. For us was fine, but for old people or people with luggage and kids it could be big discomfort. The offered fan was broken (the legs), but we were happy to have at least it as it was very hot on that day.

Large rooms in the old side of the hotel, large TV with Netflix, plenty of tea and coffee provided. Room was also very clean and had what we needed to get clean and comfortable after long travels. Staff were helpful as well. Also liked the shared garden area

No air conditioning and it did get quite hot, the bed also collapsed when i sat on it a bit and gave me a bad back. I'm not a large person at all, think it was just old. They did fix it for us the same day though and the second night was much better. Would also haev been good to have a fridge in the room to keep our water cold

Hotel is 15 minutes away from the central bus station Florenc. Also there's a subway station at Florenc. So it doesn't matter how you travel to Prague, by plane, train or bus, you may easily reach this hotel by public transport, yet, train and bus are better options if you want to stay at this hotel because it would take nearly half an hour from the airport by car and an hour by public transport (bus then tramway.. daily ticket was 120 CZK when I stayed there, which is equivalent to about 5 Euros) Prague public transportation is rather good, so it's enough to be able to get bus or tramway to reach the historical places you want to visit. There is a bus stop in 2-3 minutes distance of the hotel and a tramway stop in less than 10 minute walk. It would be your morning cardio if you take the tram, cause it takes some uphill walk first. A very important information: Three Crown and the neighboring hotel, Hotel Prokop Square use the same reception. If you lost your way and can't find an entrance to Three Crown Hotel, just walk through that fancy sliding entrance of Hotel Prokop Square. During my stay there I had seen several guests looking for the entrance of the hotel.. it's a bit tricky, so it wasn't just me who couldn't find the entrance right away. First of all Jan helped me with a personal request online before I arrived the hotel; a food start. When I arrived at the hotel Mariia and Marketa were so professional and friendly. Best reception experience. My sleep is important to me so I care about the bed a lot. The mattress was firm as I like and I guess I had found the best pillow in the world at this hotel! Very comfortable stay.. Just a few weeks earlier I stayed at a place in Budapest. The shower didn't have pressure, which is a bit bothering. It's something I pay attention to in the showers. Three Crown has a good shower with instant hot water and a nice water pressure.

I like to open the window if it's not too cold, to get fresh air while sleeping, so even I stayed during mid March I opened the window. You could easily hear people talk or the sirens of an ambulance when the windows are open. It could be a bit noisy during the warm season if you were to sleep window open.. I didn't see an AC in the room, yet you may not need to open the windows even during summer. We are talking about Prague, a city the highest temperature most likely won't be over 30 degrees Celsius (86 F) during your stay.

Friendly staff, really good breakfast, clean room and comfy bed. Location is great, 10 mins by bus to the city centre. If you’re looking for a super central location then it’s not the one, but I think it’s worth it. Great value for money!

In our room the toilets and shower were in inside the room with glass doors, I find it a bit uncomfortable..
