The hotel is just outside T2, very easy to find. The check in took about 5 minutes, the man who checked us in was very kind and polite even though it was midnight, we (me and my teenage son) were kindly given a voucher for free breakfast the following morning which was appreciated. The room (twin) was a bit small but was spotless and had a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, the TV had chromecast and there was a kettle and tea/coffee provided in the room. The rooms are also soundproof and have blackout blinds.

On leaving the hotel it was difficult to find way back to the airport, there are numerous paths leading to deadends around the hotel. We eventually had to climb over a metal wall to get to the roundabout to be able to get back to the airport in order to go to the train station, it was dangerous and difficult since we had 23kg cases with us. I think proper signs are needed.

It was advtised as a budget hotel in Manchester Airport and that's what I got..can't complain about it. I do love the youth hostel style of these budget ibis. Which they had existed years ago. Lovely staff

Directions to the Hotel were a little vague but I think that's down to Manchester Airport. No food options. Although was recommended to eat next door. Gareteed table.

Fantastic location if you want to stay at the airport. Walkable from all terminals by covered overpass, also to train station. Modern, clean rooms, compact but with all you need. Kind friendly staff. Lots of games for young and old, even table tennis in the lobby. Have to mention the wonderful supplied shower gel, Italian made and with a beautiful aroma! 😀

The night porter joel was a delight! Very friendly. Nothing was too much problem. It was pretty busy when we arrived and he was only on himself. But he did a very good job of keeping everyone happy!

Room was a but small. Other than that it was good.

Great location next to the airport. Easy to find and get to from the airport train station. Everything signposted to help with this, too. Had everything you needed for an overnight stay before travelling. Great value. Clean and welcoming. Food and drink facilities are available in the hotel. Nice touch having free tea and coffee available in the bar area, and you could take things up to your room. Nice to know you can also use restaurants and bars in other airport hotels, like the Holiday Inn opposite, if you want to venture out the evening before you travel. Friendly and helpful staff. Suitable for any traveller, whether that be a couple like us, or we also saw business people and families staying there. A 24-hour desk meant it was nice to see someone when checking out in the early hours, too (especially if any help was needed). Would definitely do a stay here for travel purposes again.

This is a budget hotel .It should be thought of as a "super. Hostel" the price reflects this. However there are many reasons why you should choose it. Booking is easy, they go out of their way to accommodate your needs. e.g. I have. Moderate mobility issues and when I asked they always place me on the ground floor or very close to a lift. Food is basic but there is a hotel across the drive providing full restaurant facilities. Rooms are no frills but comfortable and I always got a walk in shower on request. This is a very good place to stave before or after a flight. If yo want swimming pools and the full Monty it is around but in my opinion if you want pre or post flight test you can't get better

My plane arrived late at night, and when I got from the terminal to the hotel it was already 1 o'clock in the morning. The staff was very pleasant, told me when breakfast, where to go and answered my questions, even despite such late hour. The room was wonderful, the bed was very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Many sockets and places to charge gadgets.

I didn't really like that there was no hair dryer in the room, but it can be rented at the reception for an additional fee. I was also expecting that there was going to be a little more vegetables and fruits for breakfast, not just pastries and bread.

I liked a light breakfast and croissants plus cereal yoghurt was really nice.Had decaf tea.Also took some fruit.Very comfy for one night stay as we had to get to the plane for 8.30 flight to Newquay.The shower was very safe and we had food with us but we were glad of breakfast for an early start.

No complaint with the Ibis.Very pleased with lifts and the room for sleep tea and shower.The lift didnt work-in airport.The plane was delayed with boarding ticket and dropping are hold bag short staff .We had to go through security .Nearly missed plane but thankfully they waited but it was rushed .We got there the steward in Logan Air were very kind.Thought could be shuttle bus es like in Heathrow the lift was broken.It was a lot of walking for the older generation especially if delays getting to terminal 3.

We really liked the stay. Me and my girlfriend went for a concert at the Co-op Live and had an early flight right after. It was perfect to check in here, leave our stuff and enjoy the concert stress free. After the concert we took the train to the Airport from Piccadilly, got a quick 3-4 hour sleep, woke up and walked to the airport stress free. Took us about 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to Security. My girlfriend is picky about hotels and she really enjoyed this one. The cheapest room is tiny, but has everything you NEED - except a hairdryer. Free water downstairs that was actually drinkable!

There was no hairdryer in the room. Also the sink was a bit bad so you could not have running water for too long, but it did not affect us at all.

So thankful we were able to book 2 rooms on the day of! We had a lot of luggage and an early flight the next morning. Ibis is just in front of T2, and there are good walkways with ramps, so very hassle-free to get there. There’s a Turkish restaurant that opens till 11pm just within the Holiday Inn opposite, and you get a 15% discount. We had a good dinner there. Room was clean and functional. Beds were comfy. There’s a TV with cable channels. Kettle with coffee and tea are provided too. We had great hot showers with good water pressure. I’ve stayed in budget hotels that are not only smaller but worse off in quality and functionality, so very happy with the rooms here. Staff were also really friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again!

Rooms may be a bit small to open suitcases fully to pack, but not impossible. Prepping what you need in an accessible bag beforehand will do the trick. Otherwise, no complaints!
