The room was clean, good size for 2 adults and 2 children (Family Room), close to the beach with dedicated beach bar included, great position for evening walks and dining outside of the hotel restaurants. Although, Tokyo restaurant inside the hotel was amazing.

As usual, you have to be very careful with the food that you are served with in Bulgaria. Unfortunately, some of the dishes were smelly and you could see that they have reused expired food to prepare it. Low quality drinks (juice, beer, cocktails). Low-medium quality sun beds and usually not enough of them (both pool side & beach side). Expensive parking, but large enough and close. The Italian restaurant was very poor.

I am delighted with this hotel. the location is 10/10 - by the sea, calm, quiet, with fresh sea air. The perfect place to relax! All the staff are very polite and friendly, responsive to my every request. But the icing on the cake is the food! in general, when I have visited hotels with all inclusive, I got the impression that the food is not of high quality. Things are not like that here - everything is uniquely tasty and perfectly cooked. It is obvious that the hotel has invested a lot in the quality of food and drinks. I recommend with both hands!

- The same morning food, when you stay more days, you don`t know what else to eat in the morning - Kids animation doesn`t worked in all days - Beach staff at 17:50 is approaching you and telling that the beach is working until 18:00 and you must go, which is absolutely nonsense in the summer when you got sunlight until 20:00-21:00. - Very few strong drinks available for "all inclusive", something else is paid ones

It was the 4th time for me and my partner to visit Bulgaria. Honestly, Astoria was the best hotel we've stayed in. The food was also excellent. This time my parents joined us. For them it was the first time at an all-inclusive hotel. They were beyond impressed by how welcomed they felt, how comfortable the room was, the food selection and its taste, and the cocktail variety. Thank you for everything!

Nice all in exclusive , but need understanding what a lot people and in bar not perfect clean glasses, in room clean, personal nice , location and everything it’s cool , food also good big choice

You have to book in advance for the italian and Tokyo restaurant, we wanted to book the Tokyo and from the reception we were told they have an opening during Thursday. Then we went to book and the people told us its not available until sunday, and we left on Saturday. Then, we saw the restaurant being open on Thursday. Its not okay to give wrong information

- Spacious and comfortable rooms, very clean. - Thematic restaurants good taste nice ambiance - Main restaurant great variety of food changing every day - the hotel does care about the rules and makes sure people follow them. For instance reserving sun beds and coming back after three hours is not possible anymore. People still try to abuse with the rule but the hotel makes sure they are sanctioned. - the Annimation groupe really nice and they make their best to keep us entertained the whole time.

- too noisy and crowded in the main restaurant but this is not really the fault of the hotel - parking is actually paid for the number of nights you are staying. Not 24h as it is indicated. Even if we arrived at 15h, on the day to leave we had to paid the extra hours from noon to 15 o’clock.

In general, we liked the hotel, it was clean, the food was good

We didn‘t like and find it inappropriate that some hotel staff was living on the same floor as hotel guests. Sometimes some of the staff was drunk and loud at night, once one of them was yelling at us because our little children were supposedly too loud, probably after a short night…. However, after I informed the reception about it I immediately got another (upgrade) room on another floor

I loved everything from the food to the room to the beach!
