I recently had the pleasure of staying at this newly opened hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The staff were exceptionally nice and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was super clean and they made my bed every day! One of the standout features of the room was the window in the bathroom – it was truly a unique touch that I absolutely loved. The hotel also provided slippers and a robe, which added an extra layer of comfort and convenience. The breakfast was just okay; it could use a bit more variety, but it was sufficient to start the day. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s only a three-minute walk to St. Marco, and the view on a canal from a quiet street is simply breathtaking. If you’re looking for a serene yet convenient place to stay, this hotel is a great choice.

The air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy, making it difficult to relax or sleep peacefully. Additionally, there was an intermittent ticking sound in the room, which was quite distracting and added to the discomfort. Moreover, the bed was not what I expected; it was quite hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The pillow menu was odd as well. Despite the four pillows provided in the room, I had to request two more softer ones to find a comfortable arrangement.

Eleanora from the reception was amazing, very friendly , always smiling. On arrival the staff delivered in our room a bottle of Prosecco in a wine cooler and it was simply wonderful ❤️🥂 Hotel is easy access (300m) from San Zaccaria station to the hotel. 5mins walking distance from San Marco Cathedral. Room very clean and luxurious! Love the pillows and bed! Coffee machine with coffee pods -was great! Overall it was 10/10!

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring my visit was perfect. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, with a particular highlight being the bathroom, which was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—everything I needed was just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for both exploring and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a prime location. I’ll definitely be returning!

Everything was superb! Location was perfect, just a few mins walk from St. Mark's Square and also San Zaccaria, the ferry stop. The rooms are absolutely beautiful with the most luxurious amenities! And they are brand new! Especially loved the bathroom, the colors they've used and the gold fittings, just gorgeous. Definitely looked like a 5 star room for sure! Breakfast was amazing, a nice big spread with a nice outdoor area too! The front desk and staff were extremely warm, welcoming and helpful! They helped us with all of our requests during our stay. Overall just a fantastic hotel, couldn't have asked for more and would definitely be returning again!

The room was on the smaller size but that is the case with most hotels in Venice! So no complaints!

The location was excellent. Just in a small side street next to the canal around an 8 minute walk from San Marco but away from the madding crowd. Easy to get to from the water taxi jetty near the Vittorio Emanuele statue along the main waterfront. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Everyone at the concierge and front desk was extremely friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The organised private tours as we asked for them and everything (except maybe the first boat transfer from Sta Lucia) was efficient. There was a bit of a delay for the initial boat transfer and everyone was so apologetic. They more than made up for that blip afterwards. All their resto recommendations were spot on. The room was small but nicely designed and decorated and the bathroom was beautiful.

I don’t know who was above us but there was a point where they kept moving their chair and luggage and it woke me up a little. It was only the one morning though. Maybe they can look at padding the legs of the room chairs just so that if a guest is that gruff or noisy, it doesn’t reverberate through. We realise it’s an old building and that sound insulation wouldn’t be as good as a new build. And again, it was just the one morning.

Gorgeous newly refurbished hotel. The staff was always happy, kind, and helpful. Lorena was the receptionist upon arrival and ran up the stairs to let us know about a 2 step stair to access the bathroom and to be careful. Lorena also delivered a bottle of processo when we returned for dinner as a welcome gift. Breakfast was fresh, and had about 5 extra selections from a menu, cooked to order, if you wanted more than the buffet had to offer. Truly a great place to stay.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a central location in Venice. The superior room we stayed it was one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in - exactly as shown in the photos. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast delicious that’s continental with a few hot options to order.

The hotel is stunning so there isn’t anything to dislike. The only further improvement could be some softer pillows as the ones provided are very firm.

Room was very comfortable. Staff was outstanding! Helpful, knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind. Breakfast was great. The organized excursions were great - boat ride and glass factory visit. Great restaurant recommendations.

Transfer fee from train station was higher than the regular taxi rate. Would have liked our incoming taxi ride to be organized at the competitive rate.

Great personnel, especially Eleonora, she adviced wonderful restaurant for dinner. Very clean, very new hotel. Quiet, good breakfast, fast wi-fi.

Everything was perfect except…. Pillows) they were strange, very big and firm. At least it’s nice to have some selection. But this is not criticism, this neat picking.

Fantastic staff and very informative about the local and surrounding areas. The location is perfect with a lovely view of the gondolas passing. Breakfast is everything you need for a start of the days sightseeing. Nice peaceful roof terrace to end the day with a glass of wine.
