Good facilities, very clean and tidy, kitchen was stocked with everything we wanted and plenty of cutlery. Pool was great, not heated but that didn’t stop us from swimming every day! Just across the road to the beach and playground. Rooms accessible with elevators from the basement carpark. We stayed here mid march, but would love to come back over summer. Cleaners were warm and friendly- great to talk to for a laugh!

Hard to find fault with a place this good. I think one of the chair legs buckled, but that’s just regular wear/tear and easily replaceable.

Location was excellent - lovely view and plenty of sunshine in apartment!! Everything was exceptionally clean and bed was the most comfortable one experienced in years of travel. Reception was very welcoming and helpful. A huge plus was the restaurant next door (Blue Door, Paihia) One breakfast and two dinners during our stay were superb and added to a thoroughly enjoyable Paihia visit.

Sadly the lack of space in the lounge area we found a little restrictive. Otherwise a lovely place.

Great location on the quieter end of the beach strip. Easy walking distance to shops restaurants and the wharf . Under ground secure parking. Stayed in unit 4. Ground floor. Set back from the road. No traffic noise at night. Only 100 steps to the beach and 10 steps to the pool entrance. You can see a bit of the water from the patio . The accommodations were exceptional. Comfortable. Nicely decorated. Spotlessly clean. Everything in good working order.

I loved that there was ample parking on site, and good sized car parks especially for our large vehicle. The room was a 2 bedroom apartment, super spacious for a family or a stay with friends. Extra towels for each guest which I really love, lots of amenities. Very clean apartment (I am fussy), you could see they had used an upholstery cleaner to clean the furniture as the stroke marks were clearly visible, and the carpet is in immaculate condition not worn and smelly like most hotels these days.

Location was fantastic, stayed with Daughter, Son in law and 1 year old Moko, the porta cot was super, very spacious for her to crawl around. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the ferry to Russell, where we went for dinner one evening. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. A pity the pool was cold, may have to visit again in warmer weather. The beds were comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. Lovely view from the lounge to the beach, quiet area.

It was a bit tight exiting the underground car park, not ideal for an SUV or larger vehicle...we got there in the end with centermeters to spare either side of the car...you need patience...and there's a reason why it was painted "do not park here"...

We loved the location right on the beach. The staff were really friendly and always available to assist. We were in a front facing apartment with ocean/ beachfront view that was a knockout. The rooms were very clean and bedrooms were spacious. Both bathrooms were also very clean with plenty of towels. Kitchen had all the facilities required to self serve.

My car was long wheel base so getting out of the under cover garage was very tight. The swimming pool was on the cold side but was very relaxing and refreshing in the sun. These were minor issues when compared to the things we loved.

Very Clean and close to all areas of interest, lovely area of NZ and the accomodation looked to have the pick of location and very modern. There is a small road that is in front of the property but still peach front and the view from the front units would be spectacular

We had thought we had a sea view, while we could see the sea from the baloney it was a small view! Ensure you ask for a room towards the front of the complex.

We had a beautiful spacious 2 bedroom apartment. More than enough room for 4 adults. Full kitchen and utensils. Outside covered seating area with ashtray provided. We were less than 100m walk across the venue to the beach. Our room was not directly facing other rooms despite being surrounded by other apartments.

Exterior room numbers only on one side of the apartment. For first time stayers, it would be nice to see the numbers from the both sides for ease of finding your room.

Beautiful spacious apartment with an amazing view. Loved that it was so close to the beach and it also had the best restaurant right next door.

It was quite loud above our apartment, I'm assuming it was other guest or permanent tenants. But I could easily hear them walking/running around or moving furniture. My kids would have been even noisier, so it didn't bother us.

Full facilities in the apartment and very clean. Good open air pool. Just over the road to the bay. Only 10min walk into town.

Our room was at the end of the rear block of apartments, so the view of the bay was a little restricted.
