I thought the location was fantastic, and the facilities were very nice. Very comfortable unit to relax at night. The staff there didn't speak much English, but are very respectful and helpful.

the stairs may need a safety surface on them. During rainy days, you had to mindful of not slipping down the stairs. apart from that everything was excellent.

Very clean and well-located near town. The little kitchenette was perfect for cooking light meals. We liked being on the upper floor for privacy on the deck.

The parking lot was exceptionally tight. We were concerned that our hire car would get damaged by the opening of other car doors. However, there is another (paid) parking lot across the street as an option.

The location. It's right in town so you can basically walk put of the driveway and you're at the stores and restaurants. Nice staff who made checking in easy and it tried one of the chocolate candies at the reception desk. Nummy 😁

The room was small and weirdly configurated. My bathroom window opened out to the back yard of the owners home/flat so I had to keep it closed. Ripped curtains on the windows and door and some mould on the bathroom mirror but other than that it was livable. I don't think I'll stay here again. The Bounty or Dolphin are better value for money and only another 50 to 100 metres away.

Awesome location, very handy for going to the nice bars a day restaurants Probably the best value for money I've had in paihia. Was pleasantly surprised to have a good few sky TV channels to watch on a big TV. I kind of expected there to be some noise as it is so close to town but it's actually a very quiet location, I slept totally undisturbed even with all the windows open.

Parking spaces are a little tight but that is just a minor inconvenience when you look at how competitively priced the place is, the location and the immaculate cleanliness and tidyness of the rooms. Just bring a small car or a good driver. Room i was in didn't have air conditioning but there was a really good big ceiling fan.

The room had a rustic feel but was clean and tidy. It is located off the main road but still in walking distance to the ferry and other resturants and shops.

The reception area is not tidy. It gives a feeling that the rooms will be the same but they were nice.

We loved the location and the room itself had nice facilities. The customer service was great and they let us leave our vehicle there while we popped out to get breakfast after checkout.

Our bed was unfortunately not comfortable so both my husband and myself had a restless night of broken sleep.

Nice selection of breakfast drinks. Front desk replaced small bottle of milk every day for me. Enoughcoat hangers. Good kitchen space.

Bed mattress not comfortable. Brown throw pillow in room 15 was threadbare. Made the linens look very used.

It is an excellent Motel, very clean, warm and welcoming. I would return without hesitation.

I think the small snack in the kitchen should improve, although there is room to make tea and coffee. You should see more food, for example, the cookies were very small.

Accommodated us with early check in when other hotels wouldn't, awesome manager, didn't see them but made our stay easy. Would book again if we were in the area.

Location was excellent. It was clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we needed.

The parking is tight and the lighting to the upstairs wasn’t working so we used our phones as torches. Otherwise all was ok.
