Great location, we arrived by car, checked in to the other hotel, as they clearly said in several messages. They gave us a parking pass to the parking behind the hotel. Room was nice and clean. Kettle, coffee and tea available in the room.

Careful when using the lift, as the doors close very quickly, you don't have the time for two people to exit or enter the lift. Keep the 'open door' button pressed.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. I reserved my hotel and about 30min laters when i cheked in, magick happened. They gave me the keycard whit my name and 2nd favorite room marked on it. they were apologising that they couldnt give me my favirite room this time. But here is the thing. I made a reservation 30min before the check in, and didnt say anything about any room etc. This hotel chain have a lot of hotels,apartments,hostels etc. I didnt tell my name at the check-in nor did i tell which hotel was it or what room did i wanted. and it was before the chek in time. Sure i am regular, but some of the staff at the chek-in where new. still in 30min! These people have to have superpowers or something. glad they use them for good. The service was so beyond perfect that i was shocked and unable to think anything to say. So i just thanked them and went in to my hotelroom. At the hotelroom i was felt bad that the hotelstaff did something nice for me and i only said thanks, but nothing else. When my last day at the hotel was coming close i booked another night (of course) but i forgot to notify the hotelstaff, still they didnt go knocking my door, although i made the reservation close to the cheking time. They probably knew they had stolen my heart again, and knew i was unable to leave early. I have left multiple good reviews of this hotel. I usually think that 1 review is good for 1 hotel, but here we go again. They keep improving and improving. You think that the service could not be any better and could not find any fault, but next time they have always been even better. So i have to brake my own rules and keep reviewing. They have reached the perfect level, for long time ago now they are far beyond it. First they were only polite, and warming your heart with their smiles, now they read your mind and give you service you didnt know could be physically possible, where do they go next?

There is really nothing bad to say about this hotel, only good things, but they keep improving (although it looks like there is nothing to improve) So much that the prevous good thing you said pales in comparison to the new one and ends up looking not so good.

Extremly griendly staff, they infected me with their warm and welcoming smile, and i cant stop smiling now. :) i reserved this hotel, and my vacation took longer than expected, so hour after check-out i made a new resevation to this hotel. Well they gave me the same room as before, but somehow they had managed to compleately clean the room, and replace the pillows,towels etc to the clean ones. they did this in under an hour without knowing that when the room is booked again. ! They must have magical powers or something. how is this even possible?? The rooms are always extreamly clean.

everytime i visit this city i try to stay the currently best hotel with the cheapest price. I try to find other hotels, but i have to stay here. I cant reserve any other hotel, because this is the best value for the money. I have been addicted to this hotel, help me! :D The hotel staff have so warm and welcoming smiles that, you end up extending your stay at the hotel, over and over again, and you visit this city for no other reason that to get your heart melted by their smiles, this eventually causes you to get addicted and spending all the money to this hotel, and visiting this city unneccearly. Be warned, this can cause you to go bankrupt.! :)

It’s was the cheapest option available (close enough to walk to rovaniemi) and honestly I wasn’t expecting such a good room. The room is very comfortable, the shower is great and everything very clean. It’s a 5 min walk from the center of the city.

-the resorption located in different place, some 700 meters from the hotel itself. it’s a little bit hard to walk in the snow with the baggage. -I’ve got a room with a door inside that separates between me and other room. you can hear your neighbor all the time

Coffee and tea you could cook in the room, it was OK.

We would have liked to get the key to the door between the two rooms and so have been able to avoid going out to the corridor and always be afraid of forgetting the key. Had the door between the two rooms been open the stay would have been much more family-friendly.

Excellent location, rooms were basic but cosy and had plenty storage space and fridge very laid back would recommend.

More choice of channels on tv some kids channels would be good.

There were no toiletries and check-in was in another place. Price was a bit bigger than I expected but it was Christmas/New Year time. Everything was expensive.

Breakfast was absolutely great. For the first time I have tried reindeer meat. Unfortunately I had to walk 10 minutes to the main house, where breakfast was served. I liked the quiteness in that hotel and that there was no air conditioner. I like opening the windows und using the heating. The room was cosy and I felt like home.

I would have prefered to sleep in the main house.
