The property was very clean and had lots of amenities. Also, close to the airport, Gaylord Convention Center, and downtown. We had an early flight and needed to be to the airport around 3:45am, even though the shuttle did not start until 5am, they still brought us to the airport at 3:30am and I was very thankful because I was worried we wouldn’t find an Uber or Lyft at that time.

I have no complaints. I would definitely stay again!

weird location. small, tight parking. not close enough to walk to anything (restaurants, shops, gas station). said pet friendly but then at check-in was informed there was a $50 fee for pets - mentioned nowhere on booking site. could’ve gotten a better room/hotel for what the total ended up. room was too modern to be comfortable- weird tiny couch thing & ridiculously small table. zero privacy in bathroom area. door to room opened directly into bathroom space - which has no door! also, just personal taste here, but the decor theme is childish and ugly.

I didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have a real door, just a wall that slides over and doesn’t create any seal or much privacy. I also wish there was a microwave inside the room. Plus we were only given 2 large towels for our 2 night stay, I asked for more but they were never brought, we tried housekeeping but they were out of towels

As stated the team was very professional and responsive. They were very welcoming and attentive as I came and went.

The reception in my room was horrible. It was very difficult using my cell phone when I needed to make some important calls. The shower head leaked, I reported it to the front desk and I do believe maintenance came but the problem was not repaired. In fact the water temperature was not as warm as it was prior to me reporting the leak.

Booking.com screwed up the reservation and their virtual credit card number would not work. The person at the front desk did an awesome job getting this resolved for me.

Going through Booking.com to get this room reserved. I will no longer use Booking.com for any reservations in the future.

The place was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and smelled great! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We got food and drinks from the bar and the Nashville hot chicken and waffles was definitely a 10/10. The atmosphere is amazing, great music, fun games, comfortable seating. Our room was very clean and so cute. The bed in the room was so comfortable and the tv was huge and great.

Location was great! A lot of games for the family to play.

It doesn’t say you need $20-150 on a card for incidentals. When you call and ask, you are told it depends on how long you stay. This is a total inconvenience. You can simply not allow things to be charged to a room. The Hilton only requires $10.

I had the best experience from the staff Mr. Hakim. He was very pleasant. Hakim made sure our check in/out was smooth. I would be sure to visit this location again when I come back to Nashville. Thanks Hakim for everything!

Very clean, very modern, hotel staff was very nice and friendly.

5pm in the afternoon, neighbors were complaining because we were being “too loud”, we were talking amongst ourselves, nothing out of control, and complained to hotel staff, which they called us. Proceeded to bang on our walls. It’s Nashville @ 5 PM, get over yourself.

It was really clean and the staff was super friendly.

NOISE! The sound insulation is not great. We could clearly hear all conversation in the halls, above us, and beside us. We kept the fan in the AC running just to drown out the noise.
