Excellent location! We walked to many of the beautiful sites in London and we were very close to the tube for other adventures. Breakfast and the staff working the breakfast were excellent!

Young man at front desk was not helpful regarding our luggage concerns, (66 stairs with heavy luggage…we understand that the fact that there was no lift is well advertised but our experience at other hotels without lifts has been much better), helping us with directions to a laundromat (suggested that we could google it), overall friendliness and/or concern was absent. He created a negative atmosphere.

The property has an excellent location on the northeast corner of Hyde Park, about three minutes by foot to the closest park entrance. It is about a six minute walk to the Marble Arch underground station which is located to the east of the property. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a minor issue with the bathroom door in our room but it was repaired immediately. We also received helpful information about a local dentist (daughter had a toothache) as well as a great recommendation for some takeaway pizza! The kitchen staff was also very pleasant and prepared some excellent food for breakfast. When we checked out, we were allowed to keep our luggage in the reception area until it was time for us to go back to the airport. We look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel is located in a fantastic location, just next to Hyde Park. There is Starbucks around the corner and some restaurants if you want to have a bite. The room itself had two single beds, very comfortable with nice pillows. There was a mini fridge and kettle with coffee and tea for our convenience. There was also a hair dryer, a TV, a fan which we actually used as it was very hot on that October day and a radiator if anyone needs one. Towels and toiletries were also provided which was great!. Breakfast was free and delicious, great coffee served as well.

There was nothing we didn't like. For the price we paid, the room and service was exceptional!

Our room was clean, quiet, comfortable and the hotel location was excellent- 5-10 min walk from Marble Arch tube at most - (exit at Edgware Road steps). The staff were all lovely, we had an excellent breakfast and our stay was superb value for money. Our room had older style furnishings, but was spotless. We were going to The Palladium and Kensington House and the journey to both only took a few minutes, as this hotel is so central. Will definitely stay again.

Will try to book earlier next time, as prefer ground floor room with no stairs due to health. That said, our room was lower ground with only a single flight and was next door to the breakfast room. A lovely member of staff carried our cases for us without us even needing to ask her.

We were given a family room on the second floor. Our room was ready when we arrived (early) and so we were given access straightway which was great. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good breakfast included in the price. Key for front door available so we could come and go with ease. Our bags were left for the day when we departed and we called back early evening to collect - no problem with this at all.

No shaving light in the bathroom - needed to have the bigger light on every time. A little dated but expected with a property that age.

Location: excellent for the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, also Marble Arch tube very near and walking distance from Paddington. Room was small (as expected, given the price) but had everything we needed. Towels were large and very soft. Bed was comfortable. Tea making facility was there. Breakfast in the morning was good and the staff, both in reception and at breakfast were friendly, polite and very helpful.

We were on the 3rd floor and perhaps because of that the shower wasn't very good. It took ages for hot water to make it up to the room and pressure wasn't good.

The room was fine for our needs and it was very central for the places we wanted to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful, could not do enough to help. The rooms were very clean and towels were changed every day. The room was well kept. The breakfast was excellent and those staff were very helpful. We would highly recommend this Hotel to most people. The only thing is that there are no lifts up to the floors, so need to be able to climb stairs.

The only thing was the stairs, but we were ok climbing the stairs taking it steady.

Situated opposite Hyde Park. Central location to Oxford Street and marble arch tube within walking distance. More of a b and b than a hotel, but a very comfortable stay. Was able to check in early too as our room was ready. Gentleman on reception very helpful. Very pleasant staff, a great breakfast, yogurts, cereals and a cooked breakfast available too. We stayed on the top floor which had over 80 steps to get to with no lift, but we were made aware of this before booking. Would stay again

Very quaint B&B. What's important to remember is that this is not a hotel. You are staying in a room in a large town house. It is not flashy and not modern at all, but it's very charming and I had a wonderful stay. The staff were lovley and breakfast was great. The kitchen/cleaning staff are so lovely and I enjoyed our morning chats. The location was excellent, especially for shopping.

I booked two rooms for a family wedding at Marylebone Town Hall. Position near Hyde Park not too far from the reception afterwards. A really quiet road, lovely area an aid to a good couple of nights sleep . We booked bedroom one which was easier for my Mother in a wheelchair. Breakfast room was downstairs. Staff were happy for me to take her breakfasts up to her room. Thank you to the staff who really sorted this all out in advance for us. We all really enjoyed it too thank you.

Just a few little details needed tweaking but nothing to complain about.
