the location is great easy access to the marina and some public beach’s nearby

the breakfast could be better, like including eggs, etc. A coffee machine and a Kettle in the room would make a great difference.

During our stay, the owner went above and beyond in assisting us with making reservations for various attractions, including the famous Blue Grotto. Her knowledge of the area and her willingness to help us navigate the island was invaluable and greatly appreciated. She even provided us with detailed instructions on how to access the town of Capri and Anna Capri, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, our experience at Hotel Capri Inn was outstanding, thanks in large part to the owner's exceptional customer service and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Capri, with stunning views and a helpful owner who truly cares about making your stay unforgettable.

This hotel is close to the port. The porters got our luggages at the port and delivered to the 2nd floor of the hotel ($10 per luggage because is a private company). The staff are so excellent and kindless people. They arrange to take our luggages from the hotel directly to the ferry. the continental Breakfast at your room, so good! And the sea view is spectacular; don’t forget to ask for a sea view room; amazing!

Have to be in mind that if hou have heavy bags, have to pay extra to get someone to carry them from the port to the hotel and to the return. But this will happen with any other hotels also .

Nice room with a sea view balcony The room was pleasant, with a balcony overlooking the sea—you can even hear the sound of the waves, which is very relaxing. It’s located near Marina Grande, so it’s convenient for ferry access, but if you plan to spend more time around the Piazzetta, you might want to stay closer to that area. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and there’s no elevator, which could be an issue with luggage. Overall, though, it’s a nice place to stay.

The communication and reception was efficient and friendly. The room ( #1) was clean and fresh with dual aspect windows ( plus electric blinds for darkness). The en suite bathroom was very clean and modern . We were served a delicious breakfast to our room which we had pre-selected at check in. We ate on our balcony overlooking the ocean which was a treat ( including extra coffee afterwards)! There was a large communal sun terrace on the roof with a hot tub and amazing views of the ocean but sadly we were only staying one night and had no time to use it. The hotel is a short walk up the hill from the port and the rooms are up two flights of stairs but this was not a problem for us.

Only good positive comments for the Capri Inn! Travellers might like to to take note that in bad weather, the ferry boat service to Capri could be changed or cancelled at the last moment. We travelled at the end of March when the winds were high and were only able to get there from Sorrento on an extra emergency service that the coast guard had to give permission for….the crossing was ROUGH!

It was very hot in Capri while we were there and the rooms are air conditioned individually and only while we were there. It would have been nice if the lobby had AC or if the rooms could cool while you were away. The location was close to the marina, but hiking up the hill with the luggage on a hot afternoon was tough. If it were 10 degrees colder, it would have all been amazing, but in the heat it was a little tough

I didn’t come to Capri Inn, Capri Inn came to me - by recommendation. And that is what I will do, too. The place is absolutely magnificent, with a picture perfect view across the Gulf and waking up to that view is what makes for an unforgettable experience. The rooms are minimalistic just as I like them to be, with balconies perfect for having breakfast. The rooms are exceedingly clean and staff is super friendly and helpful.

Room had a balcony with a fantastic view of the sea. Close location to ferry port. Nice breakfast served to the room. Our host was very informative and went out of the way to get us reservations for dinner in a place that was booked.

Bathroom counter space is limited for ladies with products and hair tools but I was what I expected for a small Inn. The view and accommodating host definitely make up for it.

The hotel staff was friendly and helped us immensely. They upgraded our room to a sea view with a balcony and helped book restaurants and a beach club for us. They took a lot of pressure off of us during our travels. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. It was even better on the balcony overlooking the marina and the mainland. The proximity to the ferry dock and a bus stop gave us accessibility to the whole island and to Sorrento and Positano. I would highly recommend this hotel.
