I can confidently say it was one of the best holiday experiences we've ever had! We've visited many all-inclusive 5-star resorts over the years, but nothing compares to the Olympic Lagoon. From the moment we arrived, the staff and the entire team were absolutely incredible – warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to make us feel special throughout our stay. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes that catered to every taste. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks in between, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. You could truly taste the care and quality in every bite. The resort itself is immaculate, with stunning pools, beautiful grounds, and fantastic entertainment options for all ages. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying the spa, or taking part in the evening shows, there was never a dull moment. Everything was simply perfect – from the comfort of the rooms to the outstanding service and attention to detail. We genuinely couldn't find a single fault.

I am usually critical with every hotel stay. This hotel, however, was absolutely wonderful. Staff in every area of service were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond in their area. The hotel was clean, food and drinks were wonderful and easy to get, there were always sunbeds available, all staff were friendly, and everything moved smoothly (check in, meals, pool bar, room servicing, etc). This is one of the best all-inclusive resorts I've stayed in worldwide. Highly recommend.

The only fault I can find is that we were not able to book any of the specialty restaurants. We stayed 5 days, and from the day we arrived, all spots at all specialty restaurants were booked. It would be nice if there was some way to ensure that every guest had the option of at least one night in at least one specialty restaurant. The main dining options, however, were still wonderful.

I stayed for a week at this resort with my 13-year-old daughter, and it was truly above and beyond anything we expected. The hotel is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and every staff member—from reception to housekeeping to the bartenders—made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Although our room was a bit further out, everything was still within a short 5-minute walk. The food was excellent and varied, with seven restaurants on-site and long dining hours. We loved the designated adults-only areas, the pools (especially the lazy river), and the proximity to the beach and local attractions. The personal touches, like having your own table throughout your stay and the friendly bartender who remembered our favorite drinks, made it feel like home. Even at full capacity, the hotel felt spacious and calm. Highly recommended – not just for the facilities, but for the heart and hospitality of the people working there. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to take ANY photos—my 13-year-old daughter wasn’t exactly thrilled about mom turning into a paparazzi. Teenagers, right?

Our only complaint? The number of souvenirs we had to take home with us... They added quite a bit of weight to our suitcase on the way back!

The staff is amazing! Everyone was very professional and welcoming! The food and the drinks were fantastic! The outdoor space is very quiet and picturesque.

The sunbed reservation system is awful. We got stuck in a very bad location even though there were plenty of vacant sunbeds near the pool. People reserve best sunbeds for all the stay, but they don’t really use them. It’s not fair!!!! The pool staff really tried to help us, but all the good places were “reserved “. It was a really disappointing pool experience! Indoor pool was cold and not suitable to swim early in April

A beautiful resort with quality services. Very good food.

Unfortunately, I stayed in a room without a balcony and overlooking the highway. The noise coming from the highway is hellish. The window cannot be opened at all. Very dirty sunbed tables, never washed. Reservations can never be made at the four specialty restaurants, even though there are free tables, because they are all occupied... interesting situation. The beach is a bit far from the resort. Nothing interesting in the area.

The hotel has plenty of space, attractive designed, and rarely feels crowded. Excellent meals at the main restaurant.

We asked for two adjacent rooms and got 204 and 205 but the hotel numbering system is a bit strange and these two rooms were not adjacent. There are plenty of sun beds but you are allocated your sun beds on arrival and can’t choose where to sit. Some other odd rules in the pool, for example any type of round ball is ok but not a foam rugby ball.

Wonderful service, excellent food, and fantastic hotel facilities.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room did not match the hotel's overall standard. The very low level of cleanliness actually forced me to purchase cleaning supplies outside the hotel and clean the room myself daily. This is certainly not how I expect to manage my stay at a hotel of this caliber. Regrettably, this is the only factor that might prevent me from returning to stay with you.

What a lovely stay! The staff were absolutely amazing and always ready to help you with a smile on their face. Facilities and food are great too, we really liked 7 orchids and captain’s deck restaurants. The performances at xperience arena every night were outstanding! We had great 5 nights at fisherman’s village and we’re so glad we chose it as it gave us some more privacy and quiet from the busy parts of the hotel. Also, there’s lovely staff going around the private pool offering drinks and snacks all day long so that’s a big plus. A special thanks to Veronika at fisherman’s village who took good care of us and made sure we’re never thirsty!😁 honestly, she’s amazing and I hope she gets recognition she deserves.

I do think it was quite good value for money but 2,5k for 5 nights is a lot. I was happy with the services offered but I think there’s room for improvement to justify the price.

Everything. Connects right on the highway. Amazing kidz club and kids entertainment. Entertainment for adults is also great with shows and music where they even serve drinks. Has an ice cream parlour and snack bar for a snack anytime. Multiple restaurants and food options where they have theme nights for the buffet restaurant and an American diner. Other cuisine specific restaurants but requires a prior booking. Spacious rooms. Multiple outdoor pools and even has a kids pool and an indoor pool as well. Over all one of the best resorts.
