Staff is enthusiastic, helpful. Shows initiative, speaks multiple languages, is very knowledgeable about town and the island. Room is quiet, very clean, very comfortable. There was some construction next door where the swimming pool was being completed, but it was walled off and inside you didn't hear a thing. Since it opened only 3 weeks ago it's obvious everything looks great, but the theme of books, writers and poets, the wall art, really makes the hotel. The public spaces are cosy with easy chairs with a good selection of English books. While the hotel does not have a bar (yet?) they offered free coffee, cappucino and water.

Perhaps a trashcan in the public places? I mean, you can leave your empty cans on the table and staff cleans it up for you, but still.

It's a beautiful new hotel, with lovely concept, very friendly staff, super comfortable rooms and tasty breakfast.

It's still under construction as regards swimming pool and fitness, but I am sure it will be an amazing place once all works are finished. This said, one doesn't feel to be on a construction site at all, it's very discrete.

Amazing realization of the book-loving and librarry concept. Great location and super friendly staff. The hotel is brand new and is going to be even better with the opening of the spa.

The kitchen staff should think carefully of adding more non-pork and vegetarian options to the menu.

Beatiful building and interesting concept (books to read on site and to buy). Great service and top location. Not all the facilities are yet available (still under construction) but one does not really need a swming pool or gym with the sea at the door step :-)

The Book Hotel is as relaxing as a 90 minute massage. The staff is friendly and accommodating yet makes you feel like family. The views are breathtaking . You can lay on your bed and be mesmerized by the sea and the mountains. You will not be disappointed!

Breakfast and location are amazing. The breakfast staff is very attentive - kudos!

I was given a room just behind the reception and I could hear every single conversation happening there, which for me who was working remotely was very upsetting

The hotel is quite new, everything is so clean, the area is quite calm, only 15 minutes by walk to the center and 5 minutes by walk to the swimming zones. The staff are just super friendly and nice.

New comfortable hotel with excellent staff. Best location and view from the balcony. Best on the island. Stay here is strongly recommended

The customer service was excellent! A beautiful literature forward theme. Brand new hotel that opened a month ago. Great location near Mount Brasil and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.
