Every staff member was excellent. Worked very hard to make things right. Communication was on point. Added nice touches for our special trip. The room in general was very fresh and inviting.

As I conveyed in my direct review to property… it would be a very close to perfect little place if they would install quieter air conditioning. Though all else was great, it was very hard relaxing with the constant on/ off and noise level. ( I might also add that a “lip” around the “flat to the floor” shower stall would help… water moved out into the floor… )

Being right on the beach, sunset was amazing. Umbrellas and lounge chair's right on the beach set up for us. The staff was so friendly, especially Steve who celebrated his 70th birthday during our stay there.

Room 1 was our original assigned room, it was so small, 2 people couldn't fit between end of bed and table set up with the coffee, condiments etc. While we were on the beach, as we just arrived, there was a problem with the cesspool and not only was the problem solved immediately, they moved us to room 4 and wow room was so much larger.

I did not go to the breakfast- really did not investigate how far it was away.

Could have given more of an insight of the local restaurants- not chains. More information on your other locations and amenities it has (was in need of a spa would have been happy to go to the hotel one) I thought I had booked a room over looking the water, felt a little misled when it was a view if u stood at the angle at the end of the bed. The door lock is a little wonky as well

Good location. Literally in front of the beach! Love the beach chairs we can use all day. Staff for booking were very helpful!

My room (11) was in front of the public toilet and the hallway was too narrow for people to walk through. I wish they just did not put a toilet in front of that room or keep the door close so my view is not the open public toilet when I walk out from my room.

I love how close it was to the beach and how the chairs are set up for the guest and everything was so clean!

The fan ceiling fan in our room made an atrocious noise so we couldn’t sleep with the fan on so I was up and down all night because I require a fan and it got a little hot

So close to the ocean, comfy bed, nice space. Very quiet. Family-oriented and chill. Perfect for a beach getaway.

There was a smell of moisture in the room. Also the pillows were very flat. Not a dealbreaker, but we wished there had been a small table or something to take our meals in the room.

Room was small for price husband banged his knee on a/c unit alot getting in and out of bed. Not alot of amenities it had a coffee pot and a mini fridge no table to eat at had to eat in the floor or on bed.Says ocean front view but only if you had a tall step ladder to see over tall bushes

Great location & beautiful room

We did not put the room service sign on the door nor did we leave the key for room service to enter, yet, they entered & cleaned anyway. No problem, we just didn’t request it.

Loved being steps from the beach. Crews seemed very friendly & the umbrellas & chairs were out daily as noted. The room & grounds we as good & as expected by viewing the pictures.

Honestly there was nothing not to like. It's on the beach, close to a few restaurants & the public beach. Amenities were as expected. They maximized the space they have.

Beautiful location staff extremely helpful. Beach was gorgeous, they have umbrellas and chairs set up every morning.

We ended up with the worse room, meaning the location, but the customer service director bend over backwards to make us happy. We would go back there again.
