A good breakfast and general comfortable ambiance. The location was excellent at a well connected transport hub. The staff were delightful.

On a day when the hotel was hosting an evening dinner, for a third party the restaurant was closed, with very little notice, which meant that we had to find a restaurant elsewhere in a strange location. earlier information would have been helpful. On a couple of days there was an American coach party and it was noticeable the breakfast food content was significantly changed to the detriment of the European clientele.

We got a nice room facing the street, it was kinda busy and a little loud, but we didn’t mind it at all, ww liked the big windows and looking outside directly at the traffic. There was a nice cinnamon scent that we could smell everywhere in the hotel and it reminded us of christmas. The lobby and restaurant was really nice, breakfast was good and had many options. It was a 25 minute walk to the Christmas market. Parking garage is right under the hotel and it costs 17€/24 hours. It is connected to shopping centrum. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes and fast foods around the hotel within 5 minute walk. Dogs are welcome in this hotel

Location is good, we were in the city for just one night, and we walked everywhere once we’d parked at the hotel, but many guests will likely take advantage of the public transport network at this very well connected location. Breakfast options were extensive and of excellent quality.

We booked an excellent room with a balcony for our stay, and a standard room for our adult son - our only minor complaint was that only two outdoor chairs were provided on the balcony - understandably perhaps. Had we stayed longer we would have required at least one more such that the three of us could enjoy our wine seated outdoors

Nice size of the room. Breakfast is exceptional. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did a good job. Amenities are good, we got slippers and bathrobes for the sauna. With an entry parking ticket from the garage, you can pay a daily 15€ ticket at the reception and get the exiting ticket. The garage is safe and this is a good parking solution for the downtown.

The beds are a bit narrow, initially, we booked this 2-double-beda room for 3 people and it was advertised that beds are double, which they are, but luckily there were just 2 of us so we could sleep in comfort.

The hotel was brand new and everything was very modern. The room was bigger than I expected so that was a nice bonus. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel is fairly good but not exactly in the center, however it's well connected by public transport. There are plenty of good restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes walk.

There isn't too much for me to complain about here. I didn't care for the color scheme in the room we had. There is not a good place to smoke other than out front of the hotel. Selling water bottles for 3 euros at reception seemed a bit odd.

As described by other guests, some double rooms have 2 beds that make them appropriate for families with 2 children. We were very happy that this was possible and they assured a good stay for us. very good breakfast with extra charge. We left earlier and if announced in time they didn't charged us the last night.

Underground parking was a great convenience since we drove with our own car. Location of the hotel is perfect for travelers like me who like to walk and explore cities. The national museum, antique shops, many restaurants are all in walking proximity. The Danube and all the sightseeing around is also in a tram distance which passes in front of the hotel. The hotel building itself gives a great sense of place which blends in the historical buildings around. Staff was attentive, breakfast was rich and convenient. We had an issue with the balcony door,when brought up they solved it by changing our room since some parts were necessary to fix it. That's a good sign of care since one of the reasons booking a suite was to have balcony for us.

Located in the city center and in front of bus stops and tram stops. Metro is located less than 5 minutes. Staff is friendly and would manage the room near to each other.

On the last day, reception staff could not book the van shuttle service “Mini-Bud” to the airport; she said it should be booked 24 hours before. It's kinda weird because the previous shift said we can ask the service at anytime. We have connected room, only one room was cleaned (?) in the last 2 days of stay. When we ask the reception, they could not reach the housekeeping and suggested us to wait until the next morning. I didn't put any “do not disturb” sign at the door when it is happened.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. And I've been to quite many 4 and 5 star ones. It was quality beyond the price. Clean, friendly staff and the room was excellent. I had one with a balcony and it was a new experience to stay and watch the sun set with a chilled drink in hand.

I really have nothing to complain about.
