Staff were very friendly and obliging and the breakfast buffet was superb. Location is splendid, trams and buses stop practically outside the front door and it's only 2/3 stops from the major train/metro interchange at Vienna Miedling

lack of tea/coffee making clobber in the room was a trifle disappointing, also be mindful the location backs onto a scrap metal merchant , so there can be quite a racket from 0700 on mondays to fridays

We didn’t expect such comfort at the last minute - the hotel really surprised us in a good way. The room was impressively spacious, everything was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable with warm duvets. The shower was spotless with great water pressure. Vending machines in the lobby were a nice touch for drinks and snacks. Everything worked perfectly and felt thoughtfully prepared.

The check-in process was fully automatic, which wasn’t a big problem, but not the most convenient when you’re tired and arriving late at night (and you need to enter details for four people manually).

No fridge, no kettle and no other facilities usually in a hotel like this. No tea or coffee in the room. Parking was extra 15 EUR, but you can park outside near as well Everything cost extra: early checkin, late checkout, parking, breakfast (15 eur / per person) Expensive for what it is offering

Solid accomodation, good value for money. Everything is new and very clean. Check in and out was super easy, staffs very polite and competent. For is, the protected garage was very important (for reasonable price of 10 EUR/day. And it has air condition in rooms! Another fine touch are sound proof windows - we were on the street side, absolutely no noise. Location os fairly good. We aimed to visit Perchtoldsdorf walking trails and wineries - it's like 20 minutes from the hotel, but center of the city is just 15 minutes driving (plus, public transportation very easy).

Very spartan room configuration - no closets, no coffee machine, no small fridge. Breakfast is not so good, you better eat somewhere in Vienna - a lot of great options.

I like B&B hotels, so I got exactly what I expected. The parking was underground, and the parking slots were lange enough to make it easy to park. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was OK. It didn't have much variety of food, but it was good enough.

The check-in process was very bad. We arrived on Sunday, and there was no stuff at the hotel, and the door was closed. The complicated part was with the parking. I managed to register via the self-service terminal. Bit all this time my car was on the street and I worried I'll get a penalty. The terminal took me through a very long journey, asked every detail, and it took me a while to type in all the info for the each family member. However, I didn't receive a code to open the garage. So I called them. But it was Sunday, and nobody picked up. I tried again on the other number, and the girl finally picked up the phone and told me that she sent the garage code through sms. I would appreciate it if this hotel made it easiere to check in and park.

The hotel is not very close to the city centre but there are appropriate options to use public transport. Very close to the hotel, just on the other side of the street is a tramway station and bus station with direct way to the city centre. The + of the hotel is that there is a garage. It costs 10 € per night. The cleaners was at a very high level. I like very much the option each guest separate itself the garbage. Just on the left side of the reception desk there is a separation for glass, plastic and paper. Our room was for four people. It was small. There are not enough space to put your goods. There are not shelves, no wardrobe. We have one small table with two /2/ chairs. For 4 people -2 chairs. We have not use the breakfast at the hotel. It costs 12.90 € per person. So, Bea cause of this each morning I’ve paid for the coffee. But when there are young ladies at the reception desk the coffee costs 2.30€. If there is a man which looks like a manager, the coffee costs 1.90 €.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and family friendly. Location was ok since there was a bus station close to the hotel

The lack of electric kettle

The staff was great, the hotel is very clean and decent. The bed was very comfy, shower clean. The underground parking was great at a decent cost, as I left the car there and travelled around the city by public transportation or by foot. You can easily reach the tram/bus station, as they are right as you get out of the hotel, and the train station is just around the corner, a 5 min walk. You can walk to Schonbrunn palace/gardens/zoo, however the public transportation comes very handy when going to the other attractions.

I already been in B&B Hotels and this one is nice as well. Location is not so close to the city center but perfectly connected to it. Staff is nice and polite and tools clean and very modern. Breakfast is really good. Schonbrunn castle is not so close, but with tram you can get there in half an hour. You have a parking garage but be aware that you are paying for 24h BUT actualy you can use garage only till CHECK OUT because the exit key is valid till that time. So if you check in at 16pm, as we did, you have to exit garage till noon next day and you pay for 24h. That is the only thing I didnt like.

Everything was fine.

Easy to find, kind staff, hotel garage available on request, green eco products in the bathrooms ( paper glasses, liquid soap, enough towels, clean room. U6 metro line wasn’t far away (few minutes), You can reach Schenbron park walk ( cca 10-15 min).

Poor network, roof windows were not easy for opening, especially in the mid. of the night if everybody sleep and you need fresh air, coffees were prepared at reception desk by receptionist. Self sering with suger and spoon…( what is not hygienic).
