The Premium room was indeed enormous. Bed s very comfortable and super big. Lots of pillows to choose from. Bathroom big, double sink and all, toilet space a little awkward. Nespresso machine and complimentary bottle of water. The breakfast was amazing. Very tasty and great big variety. Personnel super friendly and nice. Restaurant food really good. Bus stop, airport bus stop and Hop on Hop off bus literally outside the hotel's front entrance. Metro stop 4 minutes by foot.

I asked for a room on a higher floor which was given to me. However this particular Premium room (701) was on the back of the hotel with absolutely no view but to the building's air shaft. Biggest problem was that it was right under the gym, so you can only imagine the noise above my head every time someone was running on the treadmill. Yet another problem was the automatic closing of the doors which was so incredibly loud that the walls were trembling everytime someone was entering or leaving their room.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous room. The men at reception were wonderful. They even parked out car in the car park. It was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in.It was spacious with a king sized bed. It's dog friendly also which proved to me that dogs are not the problem. Seriously blown away by the cleanliness. The bathroom was very clean.The staff were unbelievable. We had an amazing breakfast and wished we had booked for longer. Nothing was too much trouble.

The restaurant recommendation near the hotel we had read about was not great but that had nothing to do with the hotel. We cannot get over how it's so hard to get in to a restaurant with a small very well behaved little dog. We will be back but I will be doing more research into dog friendly restaurants.

I was travelling to Bilbao with my boyfriend for my birthday and the hotel staff made me a super nice surprise , leaving a cake and a bottle of champagne in the room, as a gift :) it was such a nice gesture and it really made my day when I returned to the room and saw it. So unexpected! And great attention to detail - the birthday card was handwritten. Thank you! I really appreciated it! Now, about the hotel. The hotel is located straight on a big bulevard, safe and busy area to walk through, also at night. It’s close to bus stations, to the tram and also 1-2 minutes walk from the airport bus station, which is great if you’re not in a hurry to catch your flight. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, and we had everything we needed.

The pillows were uncomfortable.

The reception was beautiful, the small, interior design and artwork. The reception staff could be a bit warmer but they were helpful. Best breakfast on our road trip of Northern Spain. Fantastic location for exploring Burgos, a beautiful city. The walk to the breakfast room included walking past an ornate square with the most wonderful stonework, a special and historical building indeed.

The room was spacious, clean and interesting. We were in the loft space so the two windows looked out towards the city but there was no fullness of the view, just the hill and spires of the cathedral. If anything the decor in the room felt a little dated. The bed was comfortable and there was all the amenities you could need.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices of warm and cold options, there were several varieties of fruits, breads, hot beverages, juices, milks - even almond milk, pastries, and on and on…. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bathroom was spotless - my only complaint was that the shower wasn’t fully enclosed, so water sprayed out all over the floor when I showered. The towels, however, were thick and absorbent, and the bathroom was large and bright. The location of the hotel was very central, and it was easy to get everywhere on foot, or availing oneself of the city’s excellent and clean public transportation. My time in Bilbao was made especially enjoyable because of the quality of my hotel stay.

Nothing, other than not having a fully enclosed shower!

Location was great for what we needed - to be able to drive right into the city and then walk to the Guggenheim and the central shopping area. It is further away from the Old City Centre, but it's ok as we were not looking to hang out there often. Even still, it's not a far walk either.

We weren't able to park in the hotel, as it was full - but there is a huge Garage (several) a block or two away that they easily directed us to. It's not enough to not make me want to stay here again, as they offered good alternative solutions.

Breakfast was very good. Access and location of the hotel was great. Good parking facilities.

There was a problem with the bath. Because there is a fixed shower screen it is hard to reach the bath taps. However did manage to do this. Bath running and then the shower came on pouring all over the top of the screen and flooded the floor and my clothes with cold water. Mentioned it to the staff but also that it must have happened before because the door had been patched at the bottom as the water soaked in. Disappointed that it hadn’t been checked

Very clean. Great location. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Updated facilities in older building. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast buffet at hotel restaurant. Would stay again.

Dinner at hotel restaurant was a total disappointment. Food was bland and way overpriced for what you got. When I left main course almost untouched, waiter did not ask whether there was any problem. Even dessert was underwhelming. Although we enjoyed their breakfast buffet, we definitely would not return for dinner.

Everything. Just what I needed. Giddy Internet, comfy bed, enough space, excellent breakfast (!!!), very friendly and competent staff, all was easy, and the location top for conference centre, Guggenheim, stadium and not a long walk to city centre, bars and shops nearby, too, plus excellent public transport connections.

All was great, nothing to moan about.

It is our second stay in this hotel, and the hotel premises and the personnel at the reception are great. There is an excellent breakfast with local dishes to try. The hotel is located close to the city centre, in a walking distance from several museums, historical city centre and shopping streets.

This year the room we got was quite dark, with the window facing the inner yard and when it was sunny outside, it did not reach the yard and room stayed constantly dark. When we got the room, drawers near the bed were also a bit dusty.
