Very clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Location is excellent with the San Memes metro station a short walk away and the bus from and to the airport passing outside the hotel. Staff were all very friendly. My room was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet. No noise from outside at all.

Would have preferred the breakfast to start earlier than 07.30. I had to skip this twice, firstly a I had a bus to catch to San Sebastian and then on the last morning as I was leaving to go to the airport.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous room. The men at reception were wonderful. They even parked out car in the car park. It was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in.It was spacious with a king sized bed. It's dog friendly also which proved to me that dogs are not the problem. Seriously blown away by the cleanliness. The bathroom was very clean.The staff were unbelievable. We had an amazing breakfast and wished we had booked for longer. Nothing was too much trouble.

The restaurant recommendation near the hotel we had read about was not great but that had nothing to do with the hotel. We cannot get over how it's so hard to get in to a restaurant with a small very well behaved little dog. We will be back but I will be doing more research into dog friendly restaurants.

I was travelling to Bilbao with my boyfriend for my birthday and the hotel staff made me a super nice surprise , leaving a cake and a bottle of champagne in the room, as a gift :) it was such a nice gesture and it really made my day when I returned to the room and saw it. So unexpected! And great attention to detail - the birthday card was handwritten. Thank you! I really appreciated it! Now, about the hotel. The hotel is located straight on a big bulevard, safe and busy area to walk through, also at night. It’s close to bus stations, to the tram and also 1-2 minutes walk from the airport bus station, which is great if you’re not in a hurry to catch your flight. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, and we had everything we needed.

The pillows were uncomfortable.

The reception was beautiful, the small, interior design and artwork. The reception staff could be a bit warmer but they were helpful. Best breakfast on our road trip of Northern Spain. Fantastic location for exploring Burgos, a beautiful city. The walk to the breakfast room included walking past an ornate square with the most wonderful stonework, a special and historical building indeed.

The room was spacious, clean and interesting. We were in the loft space so the two windows looked out towards the city but there was no fullness of the view, just the hill and spires of the cathedral. If anything the decor in the room felt a little dated. The bed was comfortable and there was all the amenities you could need.

The Premium room was indeed enormous. Bed s very comfortable and super big. Lots of pillows to choose from. Bathroom big, double sink and all, toilet space a little awkward. Nespresso machine and complimentary bottle of water. The breakfast was amazing. Very tasty and great big variety. Personnel super friendly and nice. Restaurant food really good. Bus stop, airport bus stop and Hop on Hop off bus literally outside the hotel's front entrance. Metro stop 4 minutes by foot.

I asked for a room on a higher floor which was given to me. However this particular Premium room (701) was on the back of the hotel with absolutely no view but to the building's air shaft. Biggest problem was that it was right under the gym, so you can only imagine the noise above my head every time someone was running on the treadmill. Yet another problem was the automatic closing of the doors which was so incredibly loud that the walls were trembling everytime someone was entering or leaving their room.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices of warm and cold options, there were several varieties of fruits, breads, hot beverages, juices, milks - even almond milk, pastries, and on and on…. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bathroom was spotless - my only complaint was that the shower wasn’t fully enclosed, so water sprayed out all over the floor when I showered. The towels, however, were thick and absorbent, and the bathroom was large and bright. The location of the hotel was very central, and it was easy to get everywhere on foot, or availing oneself of the city’s excellent and clean public transportation. My time in Bilbao was made especially enjoyable because of the quality of my hotel stay.

Nothing, other than not having a fully enclosed shower!

Location was perfect for the football stadium and to explore the city centre. Bilbao is a lovely place and well worth a visit,. Even though the hotel was full it never felt crowded or busy and Breakfast was good and very well prepared and restocked throughout teh meal. Exellent hotel in a great location.

Road and street noise was quite loud. This was not just at the football times the room overlooked the road and was quite noisy.

Location was great for what we needed - to be able to drive right into the city and then walk to the Guggenheim and the central shopping area. It is further away from the Old City Centre, but it's ok as we were not looking to hang out there often. Even still, it's not a far walk either.

We weren't able to park in the hotel, as it was full - but there is a huge Garage (several) a block or two away that they easily directed us to. It's not enough to not make me want to stay here again, as they offered good alternative solutions.

Excellent breakfast: very helpful and friendly staff; very comfortable room. The hotel is clean and tidy throughout.

We are generally very satisfied indeed with the hotel and its staff. It was perhaps just our misfortune, as during three out of the four nights stay, there were very noisy parties going on. I am sure many other guests didn’t good sleep either, but it was beyond the control of the hotel.

The registration process was very smoothie and the man working when we arrived late, offered advice where to get a bite to eat. The restaurant manager was wonderful, very helpful and worked well with his staff. The food and choices at breakfast were amazing. The rooms were a good size and very clean.

Only way to get ice was to go to the bar, call a staff member to come and give you a glass full of ice. Very inconvenient!
