Very good apartment hotel with excellent facilities. It is on the edge of the city of Lisbon, so if you’re expecting to walk into the city and see all the sights, it’s not the best place. But if you want a quieter location with a larger room and a hotel with larger surrounding grounds and a pool area, that is within a short taxi ride of the centre, then it is perfect. Plus it is dog friendly. And if you have a car with you it is well located for trips to Sintra and Cascais. The rooms are very well equipped with a kitchen with all the essentials. And there is an excellent restaurant (although the prices are at the higher end for Portugal, but not ridiculous for the quality of the food). The gym is very, very good with a great selection of cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, kettle bells and some other equipment I’ve never seen in hotel gyms before. An uber into the city should be less than €10. I took an uber to Sporting’s stadium and it was less than €10 and took around 15 minutes. Uber’s always turned up within 5 minutes. We didn’t use the underground carpark as there were always spaces available at the front of the hotel, which was perfect.

The additional cost of €25 a night for a dog is very expensive. We’ve never paid anything like that before in either the UK, Spain, France or in Portugal. It’s a shame it is this much as if we stayed here again, we would consider staying longer but this overhead puts us off. Also, the room had a washing machine, which we didn’t need to use, but there did not seem to be anything to dry washed clothes upon.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. Shout out to the amazing Beatriz (might spelled wrong), whom, together with her colleagues, provided service beyond duty. The understanding of travelling with a pet, brilliant. Thank you for the dog welcome present. LGBTQ friendly too. Apartment was roomy, clean and had a good view from the balcony. Nothing missed. Nice area to walk around the hotel. And so many things to do, even when the weather is bad.

That I had to leave after 2 nights... They are in the middle of what looks like a super renovation, so be patient and all be well.

This is a lovely hotel where the rooms have kitchen facilities including fridge, freezer, washing machine and cooker/hob. The rooms are large and comfortable with a huge balcony. We arrived by bicycle and they stored our bikes security in a locked room for the night we stayed at no extra cost. There's a restaurant, bar, large pool and lots of other facilities available including bike hire. Staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Food quality in the restaurant could have been better and breakfast was quite expensive at 17 euros. The rooms were clean and tidy but the furniture and fittings are in need of a refurbishment.

The pool area is nice and it has a nice ambience. The staff by the pool area are friendly and the breakfast staff are great. The location is quite a bit out of town, but a good compromise to have a pool, lots of space, and closer access to beaches. Large underground parking but be warned it’s tight to move around if you have a big car. They offer charging capability for e-cars and also car rentals. The breakfast has a good option, but little variety across the week. The views across the bay and out to sea with sunset and sunrises available are incredible.

On arrival I met the team at the front desk who were incredibly miserable. One member of staff was exceptionally unhelpful spending 5 minutes typing and then answering her phone before acknowledging I was there, then making tuts when I asked a question. A bad first experience at the property. We had to wait after check-in time for the room to be ready, despite calling ahead and asking as we have a young child that needed to nap. Generally the staff across the week were really nice and helpful - just the reception staff were not. The furniture in the apartment is tired. Very old sofa’s and limited and old outside furniture - two chairs and one sun bed for a 4 bed apartment.

24 hour check in, on site parking, the location was incredible, the view spectacular, the rooms lovely, included breakfast was bountiful and so yummy with a view of the pool. Staff were so so lovely. There isn’t much to fault. Highly HIGHLY recommend it.

This was hard to pick at but maybe better pillows (some weren’t comfortable) and we had some noisy kids next door that were playing around and being loud into the early hours of the morning (but it really wasn’t problematic enough to call front desk). That’s it, I really don’t have any meaningful complaints.

Breakfast was great. Plenty of choice, freh fruit, bread and pastries and hot food. Pool large enough to swim in. Staff friendly. Busy at weekends so could do with extra sun beds but that was the only minor point during our entire stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend staying at MS Aparthotel. Restaurant Brasa Sassoeiros in Linda a Velha is a must try. Delicious food - octopus was amazing!

Everything. Honestly! It’s our second time staying here at if anything, we loved it more the second time round. The view was exceptional, absolutely stunning! The apartment was clean, comfortable and relaxing. We were able to get a later checkout without issue and the staff were awesome. We loved the breakfast service (so so good, though if I had to pick at anything, I wish the coffee was better-but that’s me being a huge coffee person) and the restaurant was fantastic food and really good value (it actually somewhere to come and eat even if you aren’t staying at the hotel, it’s so worth it.

I would have loved better coffee (the coffee machine isn’t quite to the standards of everything else about this awesome property.

Overall a great experience. Recommended to my friends. Your staff truly gives superior customer service. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well stocked.. The hot breakfast is excellent with so many choices and very tasty especially the added hot vegetables. The restaurant also had delicious food. And the pool area is lovely and photo worthy.

The breakfast is very expensive. I ate yogurt with fruit, eggs and vegetables with coffee and a nata. Surely did not eat 17- 19 € worth. My family opted to order from Ubereats. My other disappointment was the music at the pool Friday and Saturday afternoon (around 4:00pm) was very loud and not relaxing for me and our little ones.

Spacious, clean , well maintained hotel. Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.

- Didn’t like being on 5th floor. Large balcony but north/north east facing and too windy to sit out - extraction fan above oven is centrally controlled and comes on automatically from 12-2pm and again from about 6-9.30pm. The noise of the fan is so loud and unbearable that it is impossible to sit in the kitchen/sitting area. We had to stay in the bedroom to get away from the noise. When I reported the issue to the hotel staff they were very blasé about it. Finally got maintenance to block the fan. - reception staff could be friendlier and more helpful. However, the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and professional. - hotel is situated on a hill in the sticks . You need a car to get about. Even walking down to the sea is a trek.

Sat Nav took us direct to the hotel. Greeted by great professional team, signed the pet policy for our small dog ( dogs restricted to large garden areas, on his leash - lots of areas inside and outside of hotel grounds) and given a doggy welcome gift. Our room on the 1st floor was fabulous, large comfy bed and pillows and very quiet. Great Wifi, A/C, lots of TV channels, spacious bathroom, shower over the bath, basic wall mounted hairdryer, Rituals shower gel, hand wash and shampoo. Terrace with patio furniture and great views of Lisbon, kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, large fridge/freezer, oven, hob and washer/ dryer. Coffee machine - pods cost €1 each, from reception. Apparently we should have had two free in the room but Reception Team apologised and gave us 2 free. Only 2 very small espresso sized cups ( typical Portuguese) basic cutlery, plates, glasses and utensils. Washing-up liq, 1 tea- cloth (no cloths, scourers kitchen roll), small chopping board. Pool area fabulous, pool towels available, ample sun beds both on patio and on grass areas, some loungers on shaded grassed area where dogs allowed on leash. Swim up pool bar, prices typical hotel prices (€5 lge beer, cocktails €9). We didn’t eat in restaurant but menu was good, reasonably priced, and busy. We were given 20% discount card for restaurant. Lots of free parking around reception area as well as 2 underground parking floors with lift access to room floor. Souvenir shop, hire car and children’s room in foyer. Entertainment Thursday eve ( band) DJ Fri n Sat during holiday season. 7 min walk into immediate local town - very sleepy and laid back. A few coffee shops and supermarket open but lots of shops closed from early Aug to Early Sept for holidays. Great dog walks/ cycle paths opposite hotel. This was a fabulous 2 night stay and would have stayed longer if we were not on a planned road trip.
