The bed and pillows were very good. Rooms are updated and are nice as well.
Parking was very frustrating and confusing! The confusion is caused by the write-up for the hotel. The hotel says they have parking at a nearby location. It’s actually at another Hotel! I am not sure why they don’t just say the parking is at another Hotel and provide the name of the Hotel. It’s also a bit of a walk…..especially when you are pulling suitcases in the rain. The parking is actually at Hotel Monsieur Ernest. Hopefully this helps someone.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Location was great - close to the main centre but quiet surroundings. Nice feel to the hotel. Our room in the annex was spacious, clean and comfy. Bathroom was big with a deep bath and hand held shower. However, it would have been nice to have a stand up shower. The room also could do with new blinds and carpet. For the price, I would have expected at least a kettle and tea/coffee and possibly a small fridge in the room. Good continental breakfast on offer but could have done with more hot food options, choice of eggs and fresher fruit juice.

Room was nice, although ground floor a bit loud when a group is checking out. Location was great and when turning off of the main tourist streets, a relief, and a quiet walk back to the hotel. Breakfast was very good, went around 9:00. Definitely, a good start to the day. Being a non-coffee drinker, there was a good assortment of teas but the thermos for the boiled water could have been controlled, refilled or exchanged more often; water wasn’t always hot enough and therefore the tea didn’t steep well.
The curtain in the bathroom was totally dirty with liquid spots all over the entire curtain. It was as if someone had shaken, then opened a soda bottle and sprayed it everywhere or as if someone shook their head after the shower and left water spots all over. Definitely not a nice picture when walking into in the bathroom and being the first thing you see. Also the holder from the toilet paper was broken and just hanging off of the screw. These are things easily noticeable by cleaning staff when preparing the room but obviously not reported. Really a shame because everything else was nice.

This hotel is 3 minute stroll away from the town center, considering this it was a quite hotel no excessive road noise. The ladies on the reception were very polite answered all questions with a smile a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was fine the coffee was excellent I did consider stealing the whole coffee machine but decided not to because we cant buy Belgian coffee in Germany.
It would be great if the hotel had its own parking space but can understand why it does not we parked at the sister hotel a 2 minute walk away. A soap holder in the shower would be a good idea.

Location is everything about this hotel, just superb. The hotel offers a very enjoyable breakfast each morning. We stayed 2 nights so our room wasn’t serviced. We found it suited our needs for a family of 4. We parked at the train station and walked, a great suggestion by the hotel. 20 mins and easy. €14 for 48 hours was well worth it.
We unfortunately experienced a lot of mosquitoes at night, needing to close the window, making the room hot. Fan was supplied. This isn’t really the hotels fault but may screens for the windows would be helpful.

What a lovely little hotel. Very clean, all the amenities you need, a great breakfast (and awesome coffee machine in the breakfast room) included, a wonderful and friendly staff. It is a short 5–7 minute walk to the Makt, in a charming and quiet neighborhood. The staff graciously allowed us to store our bags at the beginning end of our stay so that we could enjoy the city without luggage. We will absolutely stay here again on our return visit!

Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and of good size. The beds were comfortable, the shower was always very warm and good quality shampoo, shower gel and body lotion were provided daily. The hotel offered a wide selection of food for breakfast and was available until 10:30, which was a huge plus. The hotel is also in a great location, only 5 minutes walk to Bruges’ town centre and was extremely quiet.
This hotel has no weaknesses, I would definitely come back!

We had a superior double room No. 2. Well situated only a 5 minute walk from the town centre this is a very contemporary style hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable bed, crisp white bed linen, plenty of open hanging space for clothes, large modern shower room and very clean throughout. The breakfast room also served as the bar and lounge area. It was tastefully decorated, furnished with comfortable seating and had a pleasant atmosphere. Whilst there is no parking at the hotel there is free parking, albeit with limited spaces, within 7-8 minutes walk away and also paid parking in an underground facility a 5 minute walk away at €20 per day. We were able to park outside for a short while to unload our luggage which was very convenient. Breakfast was typically Belgian / French style and I would class it as being good. Mike on reception was very helpful.
the curtains next to the WC in the bathroom had splash marks from something and looked grotty.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk from the center of Bruges. The staff were very helpful, providing me with a map and great recommendations upon check-in; housekeeping was lovely and very friendly, and breakfast was great. Overall it was a good stay and I would return if I ever visit Bruges again.
The room was very basic and the mattress pad on the bed kept sliding around which was a bit annoying. It was very clean however and housekeeping came by to make up the room every day, which I appreciated. There is no air conditioning which I would have preferred (but I'm American so may just be a cultural preference), but there was a fan in the room and the window opened easily for airflow.

The staff are very helpful and welcoming, the continental breakfast is great value and the room was clean and comfortable with some nice personal touches such as bottles water and a pretty night light (great when you have children) and it’s also in a fantastic location with parking round the corner which was pretty cheap for the night, I think around 7 euros. Overall good value for money and a pleasant place to stay.
The bathroom was very small but functional. Parking at the sister hotel was unfortunately full but we managed to find a space in a parking lot near to the hotel.
