Public transportation was convenient. The hotel was okay. Absolutely no extras in the room - no iron or ironing board and no water boilers or coffee chaines. The showers are open door with no shower curtains - in other words, every shower results in a mini-flood. Staff is friendly and right across the street is another hotel with a nice bar and lounge area that seems to have sympathy for us poor folk staying across the street. The hotel is located in a very ethnic neighborhood with great food Middle Eastern and Turkish options.

I did not like the location. It is neither central nor lively. It's too far away from everything.

The shower has a rain shower head but there was no door on the shower so the bathroom got really wet

room was small about 14m2 but was comfortable bed was good i sleep rarely in hotels but here sleep really comfortable. Very friendly personel, tram and subway very close so no problems in case of communication. In terms of price and comfort i would take this place again for sure.

Internet was too weak. You needed come close to the door side to get normal quality, even Whatsap audio cals sometimes were difficult to do. Table was to narrow a bit larger could be good.

Nice breakfast, with relatively good choice. Room is large enough. There is optional electric heating if required. Hotel is located very close (walking distance) to the railway station Gare du Noord. Also the city center is not far.

Hotel is on a busy street with trams and police sirens also in the night. Beds are too soft and not too comfortable. Room lacks some table and chair, where you could sit and work.

For the price that you pay this is a very good accommodation, it's close to the metro station and the rooms are clean and spacious, I would stay again.

There were a few issues, it was very cold the first few nights due to poor window seals, the power went off a few times another night, and the WIFI range wasn't the best, but it's fairly easy to work around these for the price.

I came late and I was a little bit sick because of the trawling and it was really cold outside. The receptionist was very kind. He poured camomile tea. That was something that I really needed and it recovered me. So compliments to the staff. They were very kind and I always respond to kindness. I stayed one night. It was very clean and comfy.

Polite and helpful personnel. Clean room, clean and comfortable bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillow. There is a market just at the corner. Location is good.

The only issue was the aroma of the cleaning detergent. They clean often, which leads to enhancement of the smell. I recommend the use of odorless detergent (or at least less aromatic) due to the soft flooring everywhere.

Helpful reception, elevator to go to the rooms, good size room, large bathroom with walk in shower, wi-fi was good, breakfast was quite good. The bed was really comfortable, room was clean, there was a real air conditioner in the room so I could choose the temperature that was perfect for me. Overall, the experience was better than what I expected.

It is a pity that in the bathroom there was nowhere to hang the towels. I had to be very inventive. Apart from that, the rest was really good.

Clean, quiet and good location

The shower is quiet open with no door so the water goes everywhere. Could be a potential accident waiting to happen on wet tiles. Smaller lights on either side of the bed didnt work. Other than that everything else was great
