Everything was so good that I don't know where to start! ☺️ the extraordinary location, quiet and comfortable, the staff very responsive and intelligent! Very clean, they also prepared a surprise for me, heart-shaped balloons and some chocolates and champagne as we said we were on our honeymoon, more beautiful than in the pictures I saw on booking! Thanks a lot for everything!💖

Property was perfect - location was close to everything but idyllic surroundings as if you were in the middle of nowhere beautiful views out the back of the cabins every morning was like waking up in a Christmas card! very well equipped dishwasher and washing machine, hosts were very friendly and helpful great value for money just a perfect stay

We loved our snowy stay in the countryside just outside of Rovaniemi. Tahir was on hand for our airport transfers, food shop, a day trip skiing and to Santa Claus village. We didn't have any luck with the Northern Lights due to snow but this would be a good place to stay should they appear! I loved the sauna in the bathroom and the kitchen facilities. The accommodation is well heated despite it being -23 on our first full day! There are condiments, basic food supplies and shampoo/shower gel maybe from previous guests so you may not need to buy them in. It would be super interesting to return here another time in the year to see the seasonal changes in the countryside. We stayed as two friends but it would be quite comfortable for a solo guest or a family. (Double sofa bed is in lounge area) Thank you Captain Tahir for your hospitality!

Everything… The host is friendly. We use airport transport service from him. Although our flight was delayed, he waited for us and communicated with us frequently to make sure that we didn’t have to wait for him too long at outside. The apartment is beautiful. We have anything we need. And the nature around is more than we expected. We enjoyed every second we stayed here. We are so lucky that we saw the north light here. Bcs of the ideal location we can easily watch the aurora without light pollution. With the backyard view from the river and forest, we can just sit on the sofa in the living room, cosy in blanket and enjoyed the view. I love everything here. So quite, so peaceful but still near enough to go to supermarket or take a day trip to the city centre.

Nothing literally… the stuffed toy on bed is already damaged. Maybe the host didn’t notice it. But it is not so important and does not affect our stay at all. The neighbour were somehow loud, that we can not complain because it is not the fault of the property nor the host.

We stayed for one night at the end of our trip to Lapland and had a wonderful stay in Tahir's cabin. It had a double bed, a double sofa bed, a dining table and kitchen area and was perfect for our family of 4. The sauna was a lovely bonus! It's close to the city but tucked out of the way (we had a car) and had beautiful views of a frozen lake. It was very clean and linen and towels were included. There were sledges and a small play area outside. We stayed in February 2025 and when we arrived there had been a "heatwave" of 2 degrees and lots of the snow was melting throughout the city (the ice rink in the centre of Rov and most of Santa Claus Village had fully melted). This meant that there was quite a lot of slush in the driveway of the resort but Tahir messaged about it in advance and was clearing it with a tractor as we arrived. Tahir obviously cannot control the weather and it didn't ruin our trip at all. We were impressed by how hard he was working to make it safe. We still thought it looked magical and would happily stay there again if we ever return to Rovaniemi. Thank you, Tahir.

We only stayed overnight before our early morning flight but were impressed with location, cabin and facilities especially for price paid in an expensive area. Bed was very comfortable! Unfortunately we didn't get to experience it in daylight but looked a lovely view out on to the lake. Airport, supermarkets and SCV a short drive away. Would recommend staying here over accommodation in more built up areas of Rovaniemi.

Not a dislike as this accommodation perfectly suited our needs and we knew the configuration when we booked.... we were a family of 4 in a 1 bedroom cabin so the children were on a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. For much longer stays this may feel a bit cramped for a family of 4.

The location is amazing! I was not very confident with the pictures but it exceeded my expectations! I could see the Auroras from the property as it's far from city center. It made things easier as I had my child with us (not easy to drive around in the night with a kid). The property has all you need in the kitchen and an amazing private sauna :) If need to have a car to stay here as it's not very close to the city. They have enough parking space in the property.

Lovely apartment close to Santa's village in Rovaniemi, and also close to the airport. Secluded on a peninsula, there is a river on both sides of the property. Parking is free, and our room had its own sauna in the room itself. This is a fully stocked apartment with full fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher and a living room. The owner of the facility contacted us directly and was very polite and helpful. They also offer discounts on activities in the area, however, we had an early flight to catch so we did not partake.

We loved Artic Resort Delight! This was a location we would have been comfortable with for an extended stay. The river out back, Northern Lights and the facilities were amazing and met our needs. We will be back to stay here. Since we were there at the end of September, weather wasn't the best for water fun, but this will tempt us to return for a visit during a future summer.

There wasn't breakfast onsite during the time of the year we were there which was understandable, but the amenities of our room with kitchen gave us everything we needed to cook onsite.

We had an amazing stay at arctic resort delight in Rovaniemi! The location is perfect— easy accessible with car and peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the sauna, which was a wonderful way to relax after a day of exploring. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights right from the hotel! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rovaniemi.
