The view and all amenities were excellent. Apart from the usual coffee, tea, sugar, milk and kettle, salt and pepper were also provided as well as small packets of dishwashing and clothes washing detergents. Such thoughtful details make a big difference. In addition to a hair-dryer and toaster, there were a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a dishwasher and a microwave as well as an oven and cooktop. As well as the shower, there was also a spa bath, with louvres opening discretely to the excellent view. The balcony provided a great opportunity for sitting outside enjoying the balmy air and watching children delighting in the pool. All conceivable cockery and cutlery were provided, as well as a large range of saucepans, frying pans, and so on. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I was combining leisure with a visit to my Godson and his family, who lived about 10 minutes away by car. I walked to their place once and found the coastal walk delightful. My Godson was able to use my parking spot several times, as I do not drive. They came over with a special afternoon tea one day, and it was great to be able to share the pleasure of this great apartment and view, with this special family. This is a very comfortable, family friendly resort in a most beautiful and convenient location.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Apartment was spacious and clean, overlooking pool with a glimpse of the ocean - staff at check in and through out stay were very helpful and professional. Location was great - beach literally outside the gate, a walk along boardwalk to Bulcock St with all its restaurants and shops (very good market on a Sunday). If you turn left when exiting from pool side of the building there are also a handful of cafes serving from early breakfast through to the evening.

The only thing we would like to see changed is toiletries offering (perhaps refillable dispensers on wall rather than very small fiddly individual bottles). The tea and coffee provision in room was limited and not the greatest quality.

Location is phenomenal. Not just on the beach but above a fish and chips, cafe and beach bar. Walk along the promenade to town and to the beach pool. Just amazing Free parking was great. Spacious living rooms, kitchen, big spa bath Ocean views amazing

The bedroom has sliding louvres for walls, didn't bother us but not very dark Not very pram accessible. Can't access the pool with a pram unless you exit to the road and go around to the side gate. Multiple steep steps to reception. Not a huge deal but bit inconvenient with little kids

Breakfast menu was great ,youn men on had orooke skills in spades,Ubgirtunatek,out of their control a dreadful influx of flies ,apparently only in morning ,maybe draw by fruit at base if Pandanus palms,had to leave early bits placed in bag and apologised.Iother Ither patrons trying to eat too. Unfortunately ,I had had to throw out our meals .I fid return on two occasions later for a cool drink .As lovely boys had said only in morning .I would employ these two young and men in a heartbeat .They went over and beyond, and super friendly .

The 3 bedroom unit was in an external building. The location and view were absolutely amazing. Such a peaceful stay, we did not want to leave. The unit itself was lovely, the owners have done a great job of styling. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

The carpark wasn't great. Our car, which is a medium SUV only just fit down the driveway and into the car park but it is leaving through the driveway that was terrible. You need to advise all people staying that they can't bring a large car.

Perfect is the only word to describe the resort. The buildings are located right on the beach, which has surf guards, and the resort staff were friendly and helpful, especially on how to use the door lock key-fob and how to use the car-park. Our unit had a fantastic sea view, and was very clean and the kitchen area was fully stocked with everything you could want to use, even down to egg cups for boiled eggs. I can not think of anything that needed to be improve or upgraded. We will most certainly be staying here again.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Loved the location, loved the large, well maintained pool, loved the 2 cafes adjacent, liked the little games room, main bedroom was great, kitchen, laundry equipment, fridge all good. Liked the atmosphere of Rolling Surf it was not as anonymous as some of the newer build resorts. I booked out of season at a lower price.

2nd bedroom single beds sheet and pillows had musty, sweaty smell. I would be more inclined to shop around when prices are higher even though l enjoyed my stay.

The location is fantastic, right on the beach cafes underneath and beach bar. The unit was clean with comfortable furniture in the living area. Would stay here again.

The layout is a bit bizarre but did give us a laugh-the bath opening out to the living room. There weren't enough supplies for 5 days stay (2 toilet rolls and 1 sachet of dishwashing liquid)-next time I would ensure I brought my own supplies.

The after hours staff was super friendly and helpful. The location being right next to the beach with the restaurants and cafes directly underneath was amazing. The pool was huge and super inviting! The room was much bigger than I anticipated and very welcoming and homely.

The check-in staff was a bit rude and seemed that we were an inconvenience and wasn't very helpful especially being 10mins to her closing time and then closing early than advertised meaning we needed to get in contact with after hours. There was also a bit of umm "fecal matter" left on the outside of the main toilet bowl (which you really had to look for), but other than that the room was super clean.

The location is amazing - Kings Beach is right across the little path with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The pool is also great, especially for children. The spa bath and the private rooftop were nice extras as well.

The unit was still dirty: sand in most areas, the bedsheets were dirty, and some of the glasses appeared to have only been rinsed with water and put back (as they stunk of off milk). I was initially worried that the unit only had sliding doors seeing as we were travelling with 2 children under 3 but that wasn't a problem in the end.
