Everyone there was fantastic and we so enjoyed our stay there. We went to Tampa for our grandson’s birthday, but could not take some of his presents with us. I called the property and spoke with Theresa (wonderful person and a credit to the property) who told me to have the package delivered there and they would hold it for us until our arrival. Theresa went above and beyond in our opinion by offering this AND KEEPING HER COMMITMENT!!!! She is a truly amazing person and we will not stay anywhere else for any trip to Tampa!! Plus, Jerry and Tammy (both working diligently at the Starbucks at the hotel) made sure that we had everything we needed for our morning coffee and breakfast!!

Not a single thing

Everything I needed to meet my standards were great, Clean, great customer service, ice machine available on floors, smelled fresh!

Far as parking when there are bus loads I do feel as if busses should be able and consider and park very back of parking lot. Allow other guests to park closer to entrance. There were three buses blacking off close parking spots which force others to have to park very back of the parking spaces.

Cleanliness most importantly but also the price was great.

House keeping knocking on the door, or just entering wanting to collect the trash. Like a vendetta or something. It was really aggravating.

I liked the breakfast options and Starbucks coffee in the main lobby.

I didn’t like that we had to pay for parking. I thought that was unusual from all my stays at previous hotels, the parking was always included.

Staff was very nice ..

Breakfast was not included, the pool need more maintenance and we have to pay for the parking lot

The Staff was exceptional, Allowed me to check in early because rooms were available. The exceptional service was provided before the staff was aware of the purpose of my visit. The purpose of my visit was a Funeral.

The side door was left open by turning the lock so the door could not close.

I liked the location, it’s close to restaurants. I did not like that you had to pay for breakfast.

The staff was amazing!!!
