The room was spacious enough with a fridge, balcony, the bathroom had a separate shower which isn’t always the case in Asia. the room was decorated in a lovely way and the bed was very comfortable. it’s a short walk to the bamboo bridge, the night market & old town. Resturant’s, bar and ATM’s all close by along with massage places too. Breakfast was typical for Asia but perfectly fine. The staff are very helpful, they booked our taxi to the airport & lend me a bike so I could go to see the monks Alms one morning. There were issues with Wi-Fi but to be fair, they did sort it out quickly! Kettle, tea & coffee facilities in the room (well on the balcony actually!) water provided daily and fresh towels too. We also were provided with shampoo & shower gel.

Our stay in Maison has been so amazing. The staff are really kind and helpful. They speak English and are able to help with trip planning in Luang Prabang and they even helped us with our Laos itinerary. You are able to rent scooters there, which was also really convenient. It is in a good location, 2 minutes from the main street and from the Mekong river rd. Phou si mountain and the steps to get to the top are just right across the street. The breakfast was a buffet and had good options of fruit, waffles, bread, fried rice, eggs, omelet and sausages. Tea and coffee were free all day. The rooms were cozy and had a seperate shower so the water did not get everywhere. It also had good curtains so it stayed a bit darker in the morning.

everything was good. If I had to say one thing it would be to have tvs in the rooms

Compared to other properties in the area for similar price, it was the best. The room was clean, the bed comfy, it had a chair with table which was comfortable to work on computer. The location was great and the staff friendly. The bathroom was excelent and the best i had in Laos. All new in the bathroom with high quality with strong water pressure from the overhead shower which was awesome. Real bargain one of the best options in Luang Prabang.

Opening and closing the door with a locker was a bit of a nuisance.

We had the most memorable and pleasant stay in this place. It is ideally located, central, next to a temple, and very calm and enjoyable with lots of green and a nice terrace area for breakfast. The staff goes out of the way to make your stay the most comfortable.

Cash payment was their preferred however they managed to get a machine for us to be able to pay by card.

Very clean, and affordable price, and the owner's very nice and helpful. The bed felt soft and high enough. They also have breakfast available and are very tasty. The owner speaks good English so she was really helpful to get train tickets and other etc.

The only thing we didn't like about this place is the bathroom smelled bad. Sometimes it's really bad that we got headaches.

Breakfast was good, great guy at reception :) very helpful! We did our laundry there, they organised tours for us, a few friends came to use the pool as well, staff at the pool was friendly too. Great location!

Very comfortable rooms with fridge and coffee/tea , very nice location next to the river and all the city center / nightlife. Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff

use booking com map and do not trust Apple Maps (which puts the location on the other side of the avenue)

We loved our stay here! The rooms were beautiful and had everything you could need. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was a bonus too.

The room we were in had a odd smell from the bathroom but nothing major that stop us from staying at this beautiful place!

The location was great, near some nice restaurants and cafes, not very far from the night market. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and had a nice balcony. The view from there was also good.

Staff and hospitality were top class, friendly, efficient, loved their jobs, and extremely professional. Great location, tons of bars and restaurants, supermarkets, and a 5 minute walk to the centre. Booked tours, taxi's and train tickets.
