There was a problem with the bathroom sink stopped up, but I called and reported it. We were offered another room immediately. We accepted another room and all was well. Customer service was great and responsive. The breakfast was very good, fresh, and hot. Customer service in the breakfast area was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. The valet parking was a plus. The two young gentlemen was very nice and helpful. It was relatively quiet and I was able to get a good night sleep.

There was a roach crawling on the night stand. It was moving slow so I was able to kill it. The elevators are quite small, but that was okay.

We were warmly greeted by the gentleman at reception. Location was convenient - an easy walk from Peachtree station of the MARTA. Close to good restaurants. Easy walking distance to Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola. Comfortable bed and a great pillow! The breakfast was included and was excellent. We bought discounted tickets to the aquarium through the hotel (at a very good price). There was a secure room for locking up our luggage after we checked out but wanted to do some sightseeing.

I hadn't booked using my membership, but was told by the female staff member we could have had a late checkout at no charge if I had. There was no-one else booked for that room, & I feel charging for an hour or two extra in those circumstances is a bit of an extortion, so we declined and used the secure storage instead.

I booked last minute, and didn't even see what I was getting. the room far exceeded expectation. it was gorgeous, I contemplated staying another night just because the room was pretty, lol. I wanted to utilize the living room, and bathroom more but I was there for a short time to see ATEEZ. the breakfast was delicious. I had the turkey sausage, and omelette.

no early check-in available, understandable as it was the night of Beyonce & ATEEZ's concert, but having this option to check-in earlier, everyone would agree, would make hotel stays soo much better.

The hotel is located in the very heart of Atlanta, close to the Peachtree Center metro station, which will bring you to the airport and any part of the city, and the most popular attractions are in the walking distance. There is a valet service that has to be reserved in advance. Being located in the center, the hotel ensures quiet and comfortable stay. We would like to give a special mention to the nicest people in the front desk and in the restaurant. Ms Anija and a polite gentleman were very helpful to every request, and they are truly a treasure of the hotel, just like nice ladies in the restaurant. Breakfasts were delicious. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable, and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel for work or vacation! Keep up your excellence!

We still haven’t received a financial invoice with payment details per each night and a total stay for each guest in 226 and 230 rooms. It is of pivotal importance for us as we have to prove our stay and payment to the financing organization. The booking.com customer service said that this statement will be provided by the hotel, and we do hope to get it.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly enough, and check-in was super easy. Check out was great. Breakfast was simple and easy. My kids liked it..we o ly stayed less then 24hrs. So it's a great place to stay for a brief moment.

The parking, there is no parking.. no private lot, so you have to public park or in a garage nearby..if I'd would have known that before booking, I would have paid a little more for another hotel to have on-site parking..the price of parking is kinda nutty. I paid 75$ for less than 12 hours' worth. The hotel walls are super thin, which is fine if you don't have noisy neighbors. Unfortunately, our room next to us was up all night, loud music, screaming, and just all around obnoxious.. but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Just the people who were there. Overall, it is a great place to stay for a very short time frame.

I was genuinely surprised by how clean and well-maintained the room was—it exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with a good variety to choose from. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The rooms and Breakfast were great. Most of the staff was friendly.

The parking is terrible. They have valet parking but it is 40 dollars a night and you have no way of knowing that until you pay to park somewhere and walk into the hotel. They will not validate parking if. You park in a parking garage which costs about 30 dollars a day. One of the desk clerks was a little rude.

the staff is not competent, because upon arrival they charged me an additional 75.99 USD. When I asked, the employee said it was a mistake and the money would be refunded, but no one returned it, and upon departure I asked again about the refund, the employee said it was a tax, but taxes were included in the price of 522.67 USD

Breakfast was great. Location was great. Room was adequate.

I had requested two rooms, each with two beds. When I arrived, I was given two rooms, each with one king bed. I had also requested that the rooms be located close together, and they were located on two different floors. I was told that it was due to Booking.com not communicating with the hotel. The front desk was able to change one of the rooms to a room with two beds on the same floor as the king room. We were able to "make do" because one family member was not able to make thje trip.

The location was within walking distance to the convention center. The breakfast was a good. way to start the morning. Overall, the room was quiet.

The amenities were limited. I would have liked to have a desk and chair in my room to do some computer work. It would also have been nice if they provided you with a bottle of water per day.
