We were invited to an event in Newport and it was for a few days . The price was good since we were not there a lot of the time. The staff was very kind and informative.

The way you drove out was a little confusing at first. The arrows show you. But cars were in the way. If the business next door wasn’t closed I could see an issue!

Room had been nicely refurbished, was very clean, and even though it was located on a main highway; with the window closed we didn't hear much traffic noise and we were able to sleep well. For the location and the time of year, the room seemed well priced.

We stayed two nights, however the next day our towels had not been refurbished. Actually when we returned to our room late on the second day, it looked like we had left it early in the morning. We figured if we needed something we were on our own to ask. The grab and go breakfast was slim but OK however, day two had not been restocked and items were very limited.

First and foremost I want to thank the host of the facility who got up at 1:30 in the morning to give us our key it took me awhile to drive down from Portland Oregon, and secondly the beds were so comfortable, it was wonderful to be able to leave home and get a good night's sleep, normally beds at motels are as hard as a rock, the facility was very clean the room was immaculate, the sheets were nice and soft, and I love that they gave us three pillows per bed two thumbs up for that, I was very thankful that she allowed us a late check out at noon because we had gotten in at 1:30 in the morning, it allowed us a little more time to relax.

Plenty of towels and the pillows were a perfect firmness for me. Everything was clean and well maintained.

There were a couple places where mold had started to grow in the room, one was the top of the window frame. The room was warmer than I would have preferred with no way of cooling it down

Our ADA room had a large bathroom, which was nice. Padded bench in shower was a nice touch. Facility was in good condition. It's close to everything, which made getting around simple.

Mattress has welcomed too many guests, and was kind of lumpy on my side. A little street noise from US101 right outside, but since I'm a light sleeper who always travel with earplugs, this was not an issue. I slept fine after a hard day's drive from metro Portland.

Everything, cleanliness, comfortable beds, mini fridge/freezer. Microwave, coffee maker. Safety 2 security camera’s. Quiet. Absolutely cannot bet the price. Spend your saved money on something else.. thank you for making me feel safe and comfortable. Best wishes

Value for price. Good location. Did not expect any breakfast but they provided muffins, coffee, and nut bars.

Had ironing board but no iron. Could have asked for one, but didn’t really need so did without. No towel change or bed made.

Honestly the staff have been great. I've gotten good rooms. Easy to go to work. Since I travel for work. No issues with safety or parking. Rooms have been clean. Some spills. But clean. Has comfortable beds. No back issues. Showers are great, but create a lot of water in the bathroom. Tvs seem newer. Although it would be awesome if hotels allowed miracast. They have a fridge and microwave. Plus a fan. I'm not sure if they have AC. Im going to point towards no. However I've stayed here now 7 days in July and Newport isn't hot.

Basically all hotels here seem run down and overpriced. Thats it. Not their fault. Or maybe it is. I blame whoever is reading this. It's your fault! Lol. Yea too many people here. But it wouldn't be worth a visit without tourism. However bad it seems. Catch 22.5.

The breakfast was not a breakfast but coffee was good and water available. Location great and desk staff was excellent-pleasant and helpful!

I wish there had been fruit and yogurt available for breakfast.

Very nice room with a comfortable bed.

Somewhat noisy being located on the Oregon Coastal Highway and challenges due to heavy traffic most of the time. But was not bad when door and windows were closed. E
