The apartment was well equipped, clean and the landscape from the apartment was so beautiful.

There was a construction during our stay from 8 am till 3-4 pm... it was noisy, and we didn't know any information about it when we made our reservation.

New hotel, comfortable high bed, plenty of space in the room, and everything needed for cooking was available. Very helpful staff. The location was also excellent — quiet, with the city center just a few steps away.

Hard to say. If I had to nitpick, then just two small things: we were given only one key card, which made it a bit inconvenient to stay in the room alone if the other person took the card with them (of course, we didn’t bother asking for another one). The entrance to the parking lot in front of the building was a bit confusing — a sign would help. However, it was still under construction, so this will probably be nicely resolved.

We had a huge apartment with terrace on the 3rd floor for 4 nights. Everything seems new. Parking was near the front door. The apartment is a very short walk to the train station and a number of good restaurants and the village’s store. We did breakfast in, ate picnic lunches on the trails, and enjoyed the restaurants for dinner. If you plan to self-cater (more than breakfast) shop in a bigger town. We had towel and trash service daily when we wanted it. Bed was large and very comfortable. Tons of closet space.

Everything was good. There is still weekday, daytime, construction around the building. It didn’t bother us at all. No AC, but open windows cooled everything down well in mid-June.

Good location which is away from town restaurants and close to the small lake. The vicious the railway station doesn’t bother at all. Trains are quiet nowadays. The appartment is big and well equipped for a short stay. We took some products with us and cocked. One good thing is to have an appartment from the 3 floor as the reserved parking place is in the underground garage with the lift. Those who stay at 1st and second floor park outside.

If you travel with a baby stroller you’d find a discomfort when entering the hotel as the corridor level is 3 stairs lower then the entrance. So it was inconvenient to carry a baby and a striker over 3 steps.

new apartment hotel in Strbske Pleso. Nicely located (and quiet) with a parking spot (allotted to each apartment) so no stress to find a spot. Big enough room, new bathroom (unfortunately one without a washing machine) and a nice little kitchen with all the utensils you need. Breakfast was in the adjacent hotel and more than sufficient in choice and variation over the days we stayed there.

Check-in was laborious and took way too long. It is also unclear where you need to go as the reception is at the back of the hotel. where it is also difficult to park your car... Luckily after the check-in, all positives.

Apartment had great facilities (kitchen, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine). Complimentary pods, dishwasher tablets and detergent were a great touch, and they replaced these when we used them. Mountain views from the balcony were incredible. Nice big smart TV.

Check-in is at the neighbouring hotel, which while not very far is slightly inconvenient with a big suitcase. The hotel also charged us an extra €5 per person to use the sauna there (€20pp total) because we were from the apartments

Great location if you are there for hiking. Many trails start just nearby. The apartment was clean, and there was housekeeping service every day. You can access the wellness area with a sauna in the hotel where you pick up the keys (additional fee applies). You can have breakfast in the same hotel, and I can also recommend the restaurant there for dinner

There's nothing really to complain about, but I would appreciate it if the housekeeping service provided more than two coffee capsules per day.

It was MAGICAL! Everything matched and promised a great vacation! Despite the cloudy weather outside, we felt cozy and comfortable in the room! It was clean, stylish, equipped with everything you need! At first, we were given the room we booked, but a couple of hours later, we received a call from reception and were asked to move to another room, since for technical reasons there would be no water in our room. And the room we moved to was even bigger, even cooler! It had a view of the lake and the mountains! As an apology for the inconvenience, we were given a bottle of prosecco, which brightened up our evening with my friend! The hotel also has a spa with a jacuzzi! It's fantastic! We were happy with our vacation and recommend this chain of hotels!

The apartment was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient with a supermarket and restaurants nearby and the train station was just few steps away.

The mattress was too soft for our liking and the pillows were not supportive enough. I would recommend the mattress for those who prefer a very soft sleeping surface, but not for anyone who needs firm support.

Had a nice view from balcony, location amazing! Apartment building is very fresh and brand new- really impressive! Parking lot was quite narrow and if some of neighbours parks on lines - it complicates the situation. Staff at front desk was not very interested to show arround on a map, but it was ok as we did our homework.

Everything was really great except wifii- worst connection!
