Couldn't fault the place was lovely , kept so clean. Beautiful, day time entertainment was class couldn't fault the guys really got everyone together

The mornings to get a lounger, people are everywhere and towels been thrown over, which is unfair to the people who get up and queue. Need a better system , one queue everyone goes together. Lacked nighttime entertainment, there was entertainment each night just didnt bring the people into it , catching the eye.

Location was a little far out. But the hotel provided a bus to the beach everyday. We were happy to relax at the hotel as they had everything we needed. Beds were comfy but sofa bed was abit uncomfortable after 8 days of staying on it you could feel it.. That being said I would defo return here. Clean, lots of variety of drinks, great food (love the vegetarian range) animation team were great, and shows every night.

Sofa-bed was uncomfortable. Ok, for the first couple of days, but began to have a sore back towards the end.

Good value for money. The facilities were amazing, the rooms were clean. A little bit outdated, but that’s understandable. Great variety of food, unlimited beer/wine & ice-cream/slushy. All-inclusive cocktails were too sweet for me, but you can ask for a simple whiskey with coke and they’ll make it perfect. Free little gym, a separate area for the kids, playroom by the reception & restaurants and a mini-market nearby. We had a flight in the evening and received a free lunch voucher on our last day. Entertainment was great. There is also a free bus everyday that takes you to the beach & back.

There’s a fan instead of an AC which made a little bit of noise during the night. We didn’t mind that, but it can be annoying for a light sleeper. In terms of eco-friendliness, this resort gets a 0. Plastic cups & cutlery everywhere that get all thrown into the same bin. Unnecessary single use items. Even food waste gets thrown in one bin with all the other trash, which considering their buffet style restaurant is a massive waste.

The property was beautiful and in a great location with only short taxi rides to reach all local places. Would recommend. Staff were exceptional and always smiling.

The food range at the restaurant was very poor and didn’t cater to some of our party who like plain food and being so many kids they wouldn’t eat a thing. I think it would be good to offer an English section with plain meat not in sauce and chicken nuggets etc.

the selection of food is great something for everyone. The free bus to the beach. Beds are comfy and the housekeeping staff are brilliant. Really enjoyed our stay.

We arrived last minute as our flights home were cancelled following the power outage in Spain. The receptionist was extremely helpful in trying to accommodate us amongst the chaos of no Internet. We are very grateful that you found us a room for 2 nights.

Loved the hotel. Loved the food, loved the staff. The place was very good :)

The only thing is the air-conditioning that you have to manually stick out the balcony door and therefore, can’t close the balcony. No build in air conditioning

Our only problem we encountered was, it would improve taking a shower, was to have a non slip bath mat, as the bath was a dangerous place to get out of , as it was very slippery

Very lovely place a bit further from the hustle and bustle, meaning it was quite calm neighborhood. The All-inclusive perks were nice, the poolside clean and well-kept. Many types of tourists were seen, from families to young adult groups to elderly couples.

The pool water was not heated so it was quite cool. The hotel is located up a hill and was quite far from the beach and the bigger shopping opportunities. There was a free bus to Maspalomas beach, though. There was supposedly a public bus going to the area but I never saw one. The taxis were quite reasonably priced so it wasn't a huge issue to get around.
