Very clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was basic but satisfactory. With some small improvements, it can become a really great place to stay.

I encountered three receptionists. The first two were rude and it was obvious that they did not want to be there. I also found it strange that the second of these two receptionists had herself covered with a cheap blanket while her desk was covered by drinks, snacks and papers everywhere. The third receptionist however was super sweet and helpful. In the room, the shower gel/shampoo needs to changed. It looks and smells cheap and you need a lot to make some foam.

The room was very spacious and clean, exactly as shown in the photos. The bathroom was also quite spacious and very clean. Everything in the room seemed new and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The smart TV was a plus (however, there were issues with A1 when selecting programmes from the TV catalogue).

It would've been great if there had been toiletries provided (there was only soap, shower gel + shampoo in one room). The hotel is very close to a big shopping centre and bus stops but is otherwise far removed from the centre of Sofia. It would've been great if the blinds in the room were thicker and longer.

My recent stay at Be One Hotel in Sofia was a delightful experience with a few minor quirks. The hotel is conveniently situated midway between the city center and the airport, making it a practical choice for travelers. Its proximity to the Mall is a significant advantage for shopping enthusiasts and those looking for dining options nearby. We stayed in Room 817, which was outstanding. The room featured really big windows that offered excellent views of the city, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The room was well-appointed and provided a high level of comfort, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel has very safe lifts that only offer access to hotel guests, which is reassuring for security-conscious travelers. One unique feature was the absence of floor selection buttons inside the lift, adding an extra layer of security. The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We did encounter a slightly awkward moment upon checking out when we asked the receptionist for a pen. The receptionist looked at us in a strange way before providing the pen, which was a bit odd but didn't significantly impact our overall experience. Access to the city center by public transport not really easy. You need to take a taxi which approximately costs 7 euros to the city center (Alexander Nefsky Cathedral)

This was our second time staying at the hotel, and in general, it is very comfortable. The rooms are clean and quiet. There is someone at the reception all the time. The location is perfect for our needs. This is why we would definitely book it again the next time we are in Sofia. However, we would not book breakfast again. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. The food was not only cold, but my partner also got terrible food poisoning after eating the English breakfast. This was very disappointing and definitely something the hotel needs to address.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Reception and chefs were lovely to speak to and accommodating. Bathroom has a huge walk in shower with decent water pressure and no leaks.

Website times for breakfast were wrong so ended up almost missing breakfast, but the chef kindly kept it open for another 5 mins for us. The lighting in the rooms are rather poor, no main lights just a bunch of lamps. My bedside was missing a lightbulb, so I took it from a lamp which then blew a few mins later.

It is a modern new hotel, very comfortabel, no noise From outside, close to busstop and around 15min walking to métro station if you like to walk.

Breakfast is not vegan vriendly at all. Bread with jam and fruit. That's it. They had at least plant based milk for the coffee but... Since i wanted it as a cappuccino i had to pay 5.50lv for it because the machine makes only regular one, so mine had to be made by the staff. It's not about playing additionaly, it's about what's the point of paid breakfast? Lutenitsa, hummus, Bulgarian biscuit cake (with most basic biscuits which are vegan and just not putting milk in the cream) ... It's not so difficult to provide some vegan options and it's delicious!

Very close to the airport 10-16 leva the cost for a taxi trip The view was nice The staff at the reception could speak English and helped me with the paying problem that I had

The lack of toilet paper - only 1 for 2 nights stay even though I thought that the lady will come clean and change the sheets and add more toilet paper paper - like come on, this si basic - always leave 2 rolls of toilet paper in the room 😒 There was a really strange situation: after 5 min when entering and settling down in the room there was a guy knocking at my door saying that he is from IT and wants to change my battery. I sounded very suspicious but I still opened the door- no uniform no tag nothing I had to tell him to come later because i don’t known of such thing- nobody told me Then I call the reception- indeed there was a guy sent to my room to change the batteries. Wtf 🤬 there could have been so many things happening, saw a lots of videos of solos traveling girls- not ok

I highly recommend this hotel as it is new, innovative, well trained and polite staff. Excellent design, the entrance creates a feeling of space and light. The room is spacious and comfortable. Spacious shower room. New and clean towels and bed. Not far from the airport. You can also get to the center of Sofia by metro and buses. Nearby there is a large shopping and entertainment center. The breakfast is varied and the restaurant is wonderfully decorated. We sometimes fly from Sofia and this is a great option for us. Thank you

We liked everything

Stayed here for 2 weeks. I really felt like home. Everything was perfect. The hotel is brand new, the rooms are spotless clean and the bathroom is very very nice. The towels smelled nice and the bed is very confortable. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and very good variety. Nice coffee and the staff is very professional and discret. Loved Par Terre restaurant. It is one of the best options to eat in Sofia and the waiters are very nice and polite! The garage is perfect for the car.

The room was very good, the location of the toilet and bath in the room is very well designed, Breakfast was very good and was better than the last hotel we stayed ,nearby

There was no coffee machine available in the room , we are so used to having bed coffee and when I went down to get coffee in the restaurant ,the staff was rude, he could tell me politely to come back later. I was only looking to get coffee that early and would anyways come back for bf when they opened.
