We loved Starfruit Villa so much that we extended our stay by two nights! It’s hosted by the kindest family, who are so accommodating and happy to help at all times. The rooms are spacious, clean and beds are very comfy. The pool area is private, clean, and the perfect sun trap for almost all of the day. The location is great- it’s around a 10-15 minute walk to the old town but is far enough out that it’s quiet and away from the tourist hub. Overall, I cannot reccomend staying here enough, we loved it and its exceptional value for money!

Absolutely loved our stay here in Hoi An. The comfiest beds we’ve stayed in whilst travelling. We felt so at home that we extended our trip here to a week. The room was so clean and modern. The free bikes were a huge plus and we used them every day. The owners were so friendly and kind to us. The washing we got done at the hostel was also great it smelt lovely and was cheap.

I guess it wasn’t very social but that’s probably just because it wasn’t too busy. Luckily it’s a 5 minute bike ride into the centre.

The staff were just so wonderful. They were so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, nothing was too much and they would offer us things, like an umbrella, without us even asking. We even bought a watermelon whilst taking a walk and the gentleman there was kind enough to show us where to get a knife, bowl and chopping board. The rooms were great! Super spacious, clean and possibly the comfiest bed in Vietnam. Love, love, love this hotel, especially the people.

We couldn’t stay longer

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It was cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This was our 3rd time at the star fruit

The bed was the most comfortable bed I had in over 2 months of travelling so super appreciated!! The owners are super sweet and available. They also provide bicycles for free use which awesome as I think is the best way to move in Hoi An. The pool is another plus, although I didnt use it. I would definitelly come.back!!

Maybe they should put blinds in the windows. If you are sensible to light you'll be awake at 4:30-5:00am :')

I found it peaceful a nice change from high rise hotels. The villa was within easy walking distance to the Ancient town & the Japanese Bridge. I like the really tasty breakfasts and I chose the Vietnamese options. Plenty of fruit supplied at Brekky eg mango & watermelon. Fantastic banana shake. I’d have to say the brekky was very tasty compared to what I gave experienced in larger resorts.

No concerns No face or hand towels.

This was probably our favorite hotel in Vietnam. Slightly outside the old town but a quick 10-15min (once you figure out the short cuts). And not far to the beach in the other direction. The couple that own the place are amazing. So friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, clean and we had a little balcony that was super cute. The beds are probably the comfiest we have experienced in our entire 6 week trip. The pool was nice to cool down and breakfast although not included was really tasty. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Really don’t have any critique. Perhaps would have been nice to have breakfast included but we were happy to pay on the mornings we had it.

The place was immaculate. One of the cleanest spaces we had the pleasure to stay in Vietnam, but the very best thing were the owners. It is a family run operation and they are truly kind and try to help with any issue. They let me borrow their own mosquito repellent when I was waiting for my friend return with keys and I was being eaten alive in the evening. Also the villa was very quiet at night, which was awesome.

Super nice hotel owner who speaks very good English and gave us a nice stay. She helped to book a Trip as well as a transfer to the airport. And that always even late in the evening and last minute, because we were somehow always spontaneous on the road. Actually we wanted to stay only 3 nights, but extended two nights. The House ans pool is really nice and you have privacy. Location top. Also the hotel staff was always friendly and courteous, especially the husband who was always helpful and had a smile on his lips. Van recommend 100%

Highly recommended if you are travelling to Hoi An, the owner and receptionist are friendly. Offered bicycle to ride for free, which makes it so convenient to explore the city as it is a bit of walking distance otherwise but not ideal in hot weather, so the bicycle definitely helps :) laundry service at reasonable price and also arranged cab to the airport. Swimming pool is nice too.
