Breakfast was excellent and also the location to the Expo center.

I do have a concern on my billing. Due to a winter storm we had to leave early and only stayed two nights. The invoice I received from them $427.11 (one night reduced) but my credit card was charged $710. I spoke with them yesterday but need to speak with the manager about this once the winter storm is over in Louisville.

I know that this is beyond your control, airplanes taking off & landing and highway traffic noise. Other than that I had no other issues with this location.

Staff was friendly and helpful at all hours.

Should have welcoming bags for dog show and poop bags available for people to pick up after their dogs. I picked up 2 piles of someone else’s poop. Because I want to be able to stay at a nice hotel like yours!:)

The staff has always been very pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast is okay, it could have a little better variety as everyday was pretty much the same food.

The price, as I've been staying at the hotel for 6 years for the NSRA Street Rod Nationals and every year the prices have drastically increased. I understand things can't stay the same but I think there is a little bit of price gouging going on that week during the show. Hotel van use to take you to other location under 3 miles but not no more.

the pillows don't provide the support I like.

I had the handicapped room which was wonderful because I have a leg cast non weight barring it was nice to have space.

Loved the room and the cleanliness. Spacious room for fantastic price! Checked in on a Wednesday and kicked out that it was customer appreciation and got free dinner (hamburgers, hot dogs and chips)

Love the stay.. a little noisy at night due to the airport but that was to be expected.. due to how close it was but overall a great place to stay would definitely recommend

Fantastic location near to the Louisville Airport, literally 5 minutes from airport via shuttle Free parking for Guests flying from the airport is a huge bonus. Great apartment.
