The furniture is a bit old but it has everything you might need. The washing machine and the dryer are rusty…but the seem to work. The location is wonderful. Walking distances to all the landmarks in the old town. A bit noisy because of the school if you plan to stay a lot in the apartment but for us it wasn’t an issue since we only went back to sleep. Also, it’s quite big.

You could do better with the cleaning. A lot of dust especially under the bed. Each time we opened the window, a lot of dust would come out from under the bed.

Location is terrific in old town. Close to Mercado Central and restaurants. Staff was good to top up supplies when requested. English or Spanish speaking reception.

Ad states that there is no reception after hours and gave an address for extended hours reception. The address given is the same address as the apartments and reception was available until 6 pm. If arriving later, set up self check in. Room/bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Garbage receptacle was dirty and smelly.

On checkout they said the refund of the deposit will be the same day. I was waiting for about 3 weeks. After 3 weeks of hassle and back and forth messages on Booking and WhatsApp, they only did a partial refund. Don't know if this is a scam scheme or unique to my case, but is a reason I won't book this host again.

Situated in a very good location for markets, bars, restaurants and places to visit. Very easy to get to from the airport, Metro 3 or 5 to Angel Guimera then just a 5 minute walk. A special thanks to Marguerite (forgive me if I have spelled your name wrongly) for the information you were able to give and for answering all my questions, you were extremely helpful👍and Nico who was also very welcoming and approachable Nice apartment, clean, spacious and quite well equipped. Nice neighborhood. Nice view. Friendly ladies at the reception. There is everything you need for a short stay.

We lived in a room for four people. There wasn't enough hot water for all of us to take a shower. If the water is from an electric boiler, it probably has a small volume. The pillows were too stiff for our taste.

Great location to explore Valencia’s old town on foot with close proximity to the Market and key landmarks

As the school year has begun, the next door courts were full with kids playing sports, so it was very loud from 8 am till 10 pm. The garbage pickup that passes by 3 times during night is impossible not to wake you up.

The apartment was big and comfortable especially the gorgeous rooftop terrace ,it’s in a great location very central but still quiet,a little noise from the school but nothing to worry about

The location is central and nice however it was just in front of a school that had tremendous waking up with children shouting and hitting the basketball to metal bars on the walls and making a terrible noise. And the second undelightful part is that the hotel asked us a prepayment which wasn't indicated on booking reservation page. They made us pay even before our arrival because our check-in was later than their staff stopped working. I wish they simply indicated this on booking reservation.

The apartment was perfect. lovely comfortable bed and pillows with nice sheets, functional kitchen with large fridge, nice living room. Roof top terrace, easy access to apartment and location 👍

The only thing i can think of is it would have been nice if there was a balcony.

The appartement was very clean and comfortable. When you arrive there’s a small bottle of water and candy, so nice! the self check is was very convenient. The location is just perfect, walking distance to the city with small park around the corner which was handy for our dog. We had a lovely stay!
