A picturesque place in Prague. Peaceful, cozy, quiet hotel superbly located. Thanks for upgrading our room. The young lady at the reception was extremely helpful and professional. Breakfast sufficient with a large selection. There is a luxurious view of the old town from the 4th floor. Many restaurants and bars nearby.

The best thing about the hotel was the location literally on the riverside next to Charles bridge. The view front my balcony was awesome Bed comfortable breakfast was ok and decent The 8 is mainly for Location

The staff at the front desk needs to be more excited and welcoming, Apart from Jan. The shower in my room was dysfunctional too hot or too cold I got burned. There Is100 Euro deposit on arrival not mentioned before I got food poisoning and was sick and threw up and the were trying to fine / penality for that Not nice at all There is No air con so in summer that can be horrible

Excellent central location in the old city with available parking in the other Pytloun hotel which is 6-minute walk. Very helpful and courteous staff at reception. Excellent breakfast variety and big comfy rooms, and we got a complementary bottle of fizzy wine in our rooms.

Only disappointing feature is bedding and towels don’t get changed daily. There was a notice in the bathroom that towels get topped up for free every 3 days, however we stayed for 4 nights and still the towels were never topped up. This could be done for an extra charge which should not be the case and that was a let down feature for me.

the hotel is well located on Mala Strana. few steps from Charles Bridge. Clean rooms, with frequent housekeeping - towels changed daily (even though we thought it wasn't necessary) Good breakfast, had even few extra options such as juice extractor to make your own fresh juice.

The hotel sents way too many WhatsApp msgs, before and even after checking. It was pointed out that if arriving by car we should come to Nosticka street. The little problem was they have another Pytloun hotel in this area. There at the reception I was told there is no way to entry Pytloun Campa Garden by car, so I had to drag my bags throughout the park, which was not at all convienent. Especially because you can drop your bags in front of the hotel without a problem.

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. We especially enjoyed the location, with a nice view from both the room window and the shower. There was enough space for three people and our luggage. Breakfast was good with the option of Prosecco—a nice touch for celebrating our vacation. On the positive side, the hotel has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the fresh air, which was a nice bonus.

We did experience an issue with the shower, as the water wouldn't drain properly, making it unusable. Since it happened on a Sunday, it was only resolved the following day, with a compensation. The room lacked air conditioning, and with temperatures above 25°C, it may be quite hot and stuffy

Great size of room and bathroom, welcome drinks (prosecco) in room, having a balcony, a full minibar with various choices, free tea/coffee with kettle and coffee machine, confortable and big size of bed, small but important touches such as umbrella, shoehorn, iron board and iron, seating area, a great wardrobe with lots of storage options..and ofcourse PERFECT LOCATION…2 minutes walk to Charles Bridge meaning you are at the heart of the city..And we loved being just 1 minute from the Kampa park…Excellent breakfast and a terrace with view of Devil’s channell…Free tapas at the lobby every afternoon…

Small size of the TV and lack of English speaking channels, carpets need to be replaced already, no slippers provided. Bathtub is not allowingyou to fill it with water (this could be resolved by the hotel maybe, but we did want to disturb ourself with a maintenance works).

Even though I booked the hotel just 30 minutes before arriving quite early in the morning, the hotel was able to give me the room immediately. The location is stunning, at the very centre of the city, though the street itself is calm and not crowded. The single room was rather convenient, with a nice view of the river and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was decent and the staff was always happy to help you, especially Tomas at the reception. The only issue might be the Wi-Fi connection, it was a bit slow, especially in the evenings.

Very quiet and peaceful place in the heart of the Old town, only 270 m from Charles Bridge. The hotel has a small terrace to the canal from which you can watch waterfowl, drink coffee and enjoy the completely silent from the city noise. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel can offer the spacious paid parking not far from the hotel. The room had very pleasant temperature even in the hot summer days. We lived there for 6 nights (it was part of our after-wedding trip) and definitely come back.

We fell in love with this charming hotel! The room was spacious and they made sure we had the accessible one for our daughter who uses a wheelchair. The staff is very helpful, and the breakfast offerings are robust and tasty! It’s a terrific location, much quieter than other parts of Prague, but super easy access to all you would want to see. Kampa park is lovely and literally next door.

It was a great stay - just a note if you need the mobility access, there is a stair lift to get up to the reception and main lift, but the staff is great about explaining how to use it and assisting if need be
