Perfect location, around is many restaurants and shops . Very clean and cozy hotel with very friendly staff . Delicious breakfast with a lot of food options. Definitely the best hotel in Kutaisi!

The hotel is super waw, amazing central location, near to all touristic attractions by walk, a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops & night life. The room is very comfortable & the breakfast is so yummy. Big thanks for the reception guy Mr. Georgi who welcomed me & gave me all the tips i need it as a first time solo traveler to Kutaisi. Special thanks for the gentleman David who served me amazing breakfast from the buffet at the hotel restaurant with a big smile.

I stayed here for 5D4N. I was traveling alone and fell sick one night, and had to reach out to the staff for help. The receptionist on duty (male) and two other hotel staff (females) attended to me very promptly. They even called for an ambulance, which arrived soon after. When I had stabilised, the receptionist helped me to my room and gave me a bottle of water to hydrate (as I was vomiting). Very grateful to have attentive and caring hotel staff, esp when I am alone in a foreign city. I didn’t manage to get the staff’s names. But this happened on 20th Sep night/21 Sep midnight. The hotel receptionist was a young, tall, fair and blonde haired man. Room wise (comfort, cleanliness) was perfect. Location was also perfect (very near Budget Georgia so it is convenient for reporting time; also very near Piatto cafe with ample tables and chairs that’s great for working/reading; a quaint bakery called Fena with sweet cakes; and White Bridge with great views and restaurants— just to name a few!). Even housekeeping was great as the lady was very attentive to my needs and did a great job cleaning my room everyday. Thanks, Grand Opera. And pls help me thank/ reward the staff on duty on 20 Sep night — 21 Sep midnight (and morning), as the episode took place at midnight. Thank you so much once again.

They gave us suite and we have booked a double room thank you so much for the comfortable room🙏 The breakfast was good I loved this jam and pancakes. The hotel was near in the center and the parking next road was ok.

The only problem was the bathroom has a bad smell strange for a suite nothing else

The staff were most attentive. The location is unbeatable, smack in the city centre. The interiors are exceptionally tasteful, a trendy mix of act deco and mid-century modern.

The issues are in the details. Double bed on arrival instead of twin beds (promptly rectified!). Neither the kettle nor the coffee machine in working condition. Rotten cucumbers at breakfast. Instant coffee served. Leaking towel dryer in the bathroom. These are all minor inconveniences but it's a real pity there's not enough attention to detail in such a good-looking, well-positioned hotel.

This hotel was awesome. Nice style, spacious room, very clean, beds were so comfortable. It is within walking distance of the city center. You can even enjoy the rooftop restaurant and a very tasty breakfast. They even packed breakfast for us because our tour started too early.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, nice location! Breakfast was delicious the vibe of the hotel is very classy and the restaurant on the rooftop has the best view to the Bagrati Cathedral.

Perfect for family of 4. Location is excellent. Good restaurants around to try out. Youtube available on TV to keep kids busy.

1. No bell boy 2. No parking for luggage or visitors. No loading bay. 3. Toilets need water spray. This is a must for middle eastern and Asian tourists. They may not recommend the hotel due to this.

Excellent location in the heart of Kutaisi. Comfortable, clean room. The breakfast was fabulous.

I requested a king bed, but was given a room with two single beds. Also, I was unable to get a room close to the other person in my traveling party - despite requesting it in advance.

We stayed at the Grand Opera Hotel for one night before catching a flight out of Kutaisi in the early morning. The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff is very efficient and helpful, they booked our transfer to the airport and prepared breakfasts to go for our departure at 4 AM. The hotel is perfectly located in the old center of Kutaisi, there is a lovely cafe below it. The terrasse on top looks like a cool place to chill. Good value for money.
