Kind and friendly staff. Friendly people who live in the building. The apartment we were moved on day 3 was fully renovated and just beautiful. Couldn’t fault it. The pools and spas are great, as are the lawns and gardens. Access to the canal at the back was a bonus. Close to beaches and walking distance to restaurants.

The initial apartment we were given for our 7 night stay was older and had no working air conditioning. I suspect this was a known issue and staff hoped I would be okay with it. After 2 days in this older apartment I complained again (I can’t live without my aircon), and we were kindly moved to a beautifully renovated apartment with working air conditioning.

The place was very nice and the staff were very welcoming that the unit were we stayed was beautiful apartment it was the perfect location and c close to everything to the shops transport and the was 2 minutes away the beach the swimming pool was beautiful great place for to stay there with family it's worth the money I'm very clean the rooms were I would stay there again it's worth the money.

It was the best place to book to stay there I had a wonderful time with my partner and my family I would stay there again and it's worth the money and the staff with friendly when you arrived oh yeah

The manager, residents in the apartments, facilities, location, are the best we have experienced on the Gold Coast. The presentation of whole apartment building, common areas, gardens, and other facilities, are a credit to management.

Would have been better to have access to have streaming services in our apartment- chrome casting wasn’t working.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The location of the Contessa is excellent. Accessable to beach, highway and Tedder Ave but very quiet and secluded location. William on reception was faultless, friendly and very helpful. Cannot compliment him more. The spa, pool and sauna excellent.

I want to thank all contessa staff and management. The apartment was so luxurious. I loved everything. There is no fault I could give. You have so much to offer as we are a fifo group of friends that wanted to spend our time in Gold Coast to experience what gc has to offer. Contessa apartments was close to everything.

Location is fabulous.

At the last minute we were told that we could not use aspects of the unit and facilities at the property. We were also told we could use the visitor carpark, but each time we did a notice was placed on our cars with the body corporate bylaws. The mixed messages from the property were very difficult to navigate.

Our apartment was excellent, but other friends who stayed in different rooms were a little disappointed, so we got very lucky!

$250 cleaning fee if we didn't empty the dishwasher? Surely as long as the dishwasher is on and all dirty dishes are in it (not left on the bench or in the sink) that should be ok...

Perfect location, private based units,

The unit was short on essentials for a weeks stay. No salt & pepper, half a chuX doesn't last a week. The complex needs to provide basic essentialS for holiday makers not just what is provided in basic motels

Perfect location to beach and shops and walking track. Excellent in house pool , spa and gym. Check in was easy with a great staff member with a lovely manner and informative. Nothing to much trouble with any staff there.

Very clean, came with dishwashing soap and washing machine powder. Happy with the apartment

On arrival the reception failed to mention how the lift works, we had to return back to the reception and ask for instructions.
