Larger queen bed, quiet, clear rules for behaviour by the complex so it felt clean and quiet. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. The soaps and shampoo were quality, as were the beds. A full kitchen set up, with bbq with amazing view accessible on the roof. The location was so handy to CBD and other touristy sites and trams. The washing machine was great for a family. There was plenty of room to relax.

Hard to fault - Needed extra blanket in spare room, bin cupboard flimsy, recycling a bit annoying but manageable, couch a bit small, no chopping board, did fan in bathroom work? Did air con work on hot day tried to get to below 23 and it wouldn’t so got a bit hot.

1) The main lobby is welcoming & nice! 2) The room is clean & comfortable. 3) Location of apartment is very ideal.

1) The balcony is rather dirty & it discourages us to sit out even though the weather was fantasitc. 2) Housekeeping routine, if can improve, will be great. E.g. instead of once a week, may be for long stay (like me), can be given twice.

Great little apartment for longer stays, all facillities included, good kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet once windows are closed. Love the rooftop area. Two beroom unit with a balcony over looking Queensberry street. We have stayed here 3x now as quick walk to CBD and Melbourne University (graduation this trip) or a tram if you are tired. Very close to Lygon street restaurants great to walk along with diverse international cuisines. Gave us a bigger room this time as our 3rd time staying in 12 months. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

Smaller rooms with no view just into a noisy laneway one stay - ask for a Queensberry St facing room. Could do with gym facilities. No dislikes.

The views were spectacular! We were on the 49th floor facing the South Bank and had uninterrupted views across the city to the sea. The apartment had everything you could wish for. Ideal for families who may wish to have some meals at home before exploring the city. The location is great - a quick walk to the shopping precinct, National Gallery, local cafes and for us - the Australia Open. The staff were friendly and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. We arrived hours before check in and asked to store our luggage but they had the room ready and checked us in to our room straight away which was wonderful after our flight. Also offered late check out. Next time we come to Melbourne this is where we will stay - highly recommend.

Nothing - our stay was perfect

Property is conveniently located just near the Melbourne city centre, near RMIT. Accessible by public transport and car parking is available. Staff there are exceptionally helpful. Compliments to Selina and Ariel who helped us when we had trouble with the washing machine & TV. Prompt response and made our stay comfortable.

No housekeeping on daily basis. Only for stays longer than a week, there is cleaning service on or after 7th day. That’s a bummer because we will need to upkeep the place, especially the bathroom. They shd consider including cleaning service say every 3 days if they don’t want to try for daily service.

It is strategically and conveniently located in Charlton. Close to everything including the main strip, tram line and yet still incredibly quiet, cosy and protected from the traffic noise. Everything about the room is clean and organised and well cared for. The one bedroom apartment is the perfect choice due to the space and size of the unit, compared to most other hotel rooms in the city.

Short term stays like this often struggle with staffing issues. Despite this, staff was quite receptive and accommodating to minor changes. Could present problems if check in had been busier and etc.

Our stay at The Eminence was amazing - we loved it and enjoyed our time there. Great central location - easy to catch trams into the city center and back. Room itself was spacious and we loved the amenities - washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. It was great.

There were some parts of the room that weren't clean when we arrived and dust in visible places showing that it hadn't been wiped before hand. The duvet inner we were also provided had stains on it and we only noticed on the 2nd night so went without one for the rest of our stay. The TV couldn't connect to Netflix, so didn't have much use on it except for Youtube. Other than this - we still very much enjoyed our stay, but with a few tweaks - would have made the trip more memorable.

My friend and I had a great 3-night stay here over the Melbourne International Flower Show weekend. The apartment suited us really well; it was a short walk to the Free Tram Zone, an easy walk to the Carlton Gardens, and close to a couple of mini-markets, coffee shops and the restaurants on Lygon Street. Communication was easy, as was check-in and check-out, and the staff were always friendly. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Management was super helpful. I ended up needing to extend my business trip another 2 weeks. The first day of that extension looked to be fully booked, but they managed to work things out so I could extend my stay in the same room without having to go somewhere else for a night. Location is great, walkable to main CBD area, and close to the tram lines. The wifi was suitable for working remotely and having zoom meetings.

If I had to pick something to say here, I had to buy a few basics (salt, pepper, measuring spoons, etc.) for the kitchen to actually be able to cook. But I find that's almost always to be expected no matter where you stay.

Location close to cafes and restaurants. Next to Lygon St restaurants. Only a 7 min walk to Melbourne Central CBD. Convenient for Melbourne University for student drop off, pick up etc. Swanston St. Trams take you to Sth bank, Flinders Station etc. 300m away. Quiet and convenient area. Beds comfortable and assortment of comfy pillows. Full facilities for cooking own meals if needed.

Room didn’t seem to be cleaned properly. Found container of lube by the main bed, spills down kitchen cupboards and plates wet in cupboard. First night drain in shower seemed blocked and flooded the bathroom floor. Only one bath towel each for 4 night stay, do supply washing machine and dryer so washed the towels twice during our stay. TV flickered flashing white light so may need repairs. Door lock a little hard to know if locked from inside or not.
