Great location (about 10-15 minutes walking to Disneyland), breakfast is included and there is great variety, and the bunkbeds for the kids (My kids loved them!). One can also see the Disney fireworks from the hotel (our room was facing the park but you can also go to 5th floor deck/pool area and see from there). Also, hotel is above CVS pharmacy with anything you might have forgotten, Disney souveniers, and snacks to take to Disney!

Unexpected parking fees because I relied on booking.com and didn't look at hotel main website so that was on me. Booking.com states that parking is $30 per day. However, it is about $41 daily parking. All hotels in this area will charge a parking rate so we understand. The parking garage was super safe and everything was close by that we never even moved out vehicle after checking in. We will definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent and made it really easy to get to Disneyland. It was super convenient to be so close to the park, and that part of the stay definitely met our expectations. Having breakfast available in the morning was also helpful, even if it wasn’t anything fancy.

We weren’t told about the remodeling on our floor, which led to a musty, unpleasant smell during our stay. The check-in process also needed improvement. The staff member didn’t mention anything about needing to place a parking slip in the dash or ask what kind of vehicle we had. We ended up with a tow notice on the car the next morning, which was really stressful, though thankfully it got resolved. Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few issues that took away from the experience.

The room is great for family and Disney location. Room has a Living room with pull-out couch, 2 TVs, fridge and microwave. Room service available from nearby restaurants. A 10-minute walk to Disneyland or take city bus right out front. CVS, Walgreens and Starbucks on the same block. Anaheim Garden Walk 5-minute walk with multiple places to eat. Pool on roof and a place to watch the Disney fireworks. Wonderful staff. Breakfast can be a little crowded but a good value, especially when traveling with children.

Parking was $30 a day but very convenient and safe in a secured parking lot.

It was clean, easy check in & parking! Most of all it was safe!!! Traveling with grandkids, loved kids suite! Breakfast was good. It’s an excellent place & if going to Disneyland, it’s very close! I highly recommend it. I look at reviews before booking hotels, because I want a safe clean place when traveling with my grandkids! This is the place to stay if you want a safe clean place! Plenty of towels in bathroom!!! Comfortable beds, air conditioning was excellent! Loved it!!!

I loved everything about it! No complaints at all!!!

I liked how it was close to Disneyland and breakfast was provided. I also liked the room was big enough for my family of 7. On the first night my special need son was having a rough night because we forgot his favorite book. I called front desk to apologize for the noise. I don’t recall if I spoke to Jackie or Lana about my situation. A few minutes later I received a call asking if it was ok to send balloons and snacks for my son to see if it would help. I was so happy and thankful because Brian came with Balloons and snacks. My son calmed down after eating cookies and I called back to say a big thanks. This was my first time staying there and they really made my night and my son’s. We are happy and we extended one more night. I would like to recognize housekeeper staff for being friendly and also helpful (please let them know).

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. Everything was great.

We liked the location, cleanliness, pet-friendly options, free breakfast, and room style/size/furniture.

The rooms should have safes in them. The pool is so small it feels like a tub. Can’t swim a lap or even share it with another few people without feeling like you’re on each other’s laps.

Location, it’s really close to Disneyland, just a short walk. Space in the room was also good. There is a small gym that was enough for training during vacation and a swimming pool (didn’t have time for the pool)

Paid parking (40 USD), but apparently a standard practice in Anaheim. They clean the room every 2 days.

Everything was great! Very clean, wonderful staff. Very close walk to Disneyland which is the reason for our stay.

Our room was next to the elevator and you could hear everything from the halls as they got closer. I would just try to make sure the room isn’t near there next time.

Great location, easy walk from Disney. The breakfast was great & we loved that our whole family could be together in the kid suite & watch fireworks out our window. The room hotel were clean & comfortable.

I wish there was a mirror, outside the bathroom on a stable wall. The only mirror in the main room was on the sliding bathroom door, which made getting everyone ready quickly a bit tricky.

Close to Disneyland and provides breakfast. I love that the bunk beds were big enough for big kids too and the whole family found a comfy place to sleep.

Could be a bit cleaner in the rooms and most outlets wouldn’t hold a charger so we had a hard time charging devices which was critical for a full day at Disneyland.
