Everything, location is nice, its better to be distanced from the city center, because crowds of tourists are huge, and this part of the city is maybe the best one (beautiful as well). There is a cool restaurant nearby, just across the street, and everything you need is in the neigborhood (shop, bars, restaurants, coffeshops, etc.) It’s quite and peacefull. The host Marco is very professional and cool guy, he didn’t bother us for 5 days, yet everything was set up, and the agreement was completely fullfilled. Very nice man, very nice stay, and wonderful neighborhood.

The bad creaked, maybe that’s the only thing worth to mention, but it is the minor problem, to be completely objective.

It's in an apartment in a charming Roman villa. The neighbors are the nicest, friendliest people, and it's on a street with lovely small shops, restaurants, and walking distance to the Vatican. The room was great, overlooking the street. Quiet at night and very safe.

There were some glitches with the elevator not working which made for some difficulties on the day I left. But overall the hosts were very forthcoming about it.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. It was easy to contact him when needed and also he provided great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The location of the property is really great! The room was cleaned every day, which was great! Local shops, cafes, underground and the Vatican City in a short walking distance. Also, can’t leave without attention a small cafe opposite the property - the best and incredibly welcoming place!

Slight smell of drainage in the toilet, maybe due to the fact that the building is old. Also there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke one morning in the toilet coming via the ventilation. I guess someone smoked in the bathroom somewhere in the building

Great location if you want to be away from the crowds. Good price quality ratio. Daniela was very friendly and gave us great recommendation for a restaurant :) Highly recommended!

The walls to the other rooms were very thin and you could hear everything. But this is to be expected in older buildings.

High walls, nice envoironment, nice details in a room, those bricks are really nice looking. Whole property is nice, clean and calm, bed is pretty wide and comfortable.

Radiators were sometimes working sometimes not.. it doesnt depend on your will.. however, you can use air conditioning for warming the space

Very good location close to the metro and Vatican, very nice clean and quiet building, big room and bath. Very nice owner, very good referral for a taxi to the airport. Pizza and small stores near the building.

Not too good fridge only (more like an wine cooler and not a fridge as advertised). More English or French channels. Windows screens against mosquitoes will be good.

Perfect location, very close to Vatican. Stylish atmosphere inside the room, which was spacious and contained everything you might need. Very friendly host. Overall cleanliness, with one exception.

The kettle was literally covered with dust, and water left inside for sure wasn't fresh. Understandably in summer it is not the most frequently used thing, but after rainy day a cup of tea may be a good idea. The hairdryer has seen better days. Soundproof could be better, as well.

The location was great... 5 minutes to the metro stop 10 minutes to the Vatican and a lovely coffee shop directly opposite with a great lady owner who was very helpful on everything

Everything was great! The location is excellent, with the Metro and bus stops right at the doorstep and within walking distance to major tourist attractions. The area is nice and quiet, and everything was super clean. I would definitely stay here again!

The room location was fantastic, very close to the Vatican. Also, plenty of cafes and restaurants are nearby. The facilities were secure and clean.
