Location is very close to Central Embassy and relatively close to Central World, Siam Paragon, and Siam Square. Lots of great food/restaurant close to the hotel. The breakfast is basic but good. Each room an actual fridge (not that mini sorta lame hotel fridge), a cooktop, and a washing machine (didn't get to use this though). These appliances are great when you travel with younger kids.

Water pressure is extremely weak, unless I use the over head rain shower. On the first 2 nights our unit has a very small shower box that is hard to get in and out (we wanted a 2 twin beds room, but was stuck with 1 king bed room for the first 2 nights), once we changed the room the size of the shower box is normal and easy to access.

The front desk staff was excellent, and nicely helped us with several additional needs (i.e., a cable to hook my laptop to the TV, and help getting the laundry dryer working properly), and with taxis. We had plenty of comfortable space in our nicely furnished suite. The location was perfect for business and some sightseeing and shopping pleasure.

I should have requested a higher-floor room when I made the initial reservation. They were completely booked up. For such a busy and fancy hotel/residency in the downtown business and embassy-row area, and one that apparently hosts many meeting events, the buffet breakfast was disappointing. My family likes cooked vegetables, but the breakfast had just raw salad components. Rarely was there something that suggested we were actually in Thailand, or that the chefs had any real inspiration to surprise and please us.

During our honeymoon in Bangkok, Thailand, my husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Bliston Suwan Hotel for a memorable week. Situated conveniently near the bustling Central World Mall, this hotel boasts an enviable location that offers both convenience and luxury. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the attentive staff, setting the tone for our delightful stay. The check-in process was seamless, and we were swiftly escorted to our elegantly appointed room, which exceeded our expectations in every way. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the hotel's prime location. Being within walking distance of Central World Mall, we were spoiled for choice when it came to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to public transportation hubs made it easy for us to explore other attractions in Bangkok with ease.

The room we got was a little bit "old". Due to the pictures the rooms look very modern and in the reality they were modern 30 years ago. The staff is very good and nice, we got help with every problem we had in minutes. The best thing about this hotel is it's location.

Amazing hotel! Amazing staff! We were here for 10 days and it felt like home. Location is perfect! Less than 10 minute walk to Ratchaprasong SkyWalk and from there you can take the BTS or walk to CentralWorld, Siam Paragon etc. The room was spacious- the washer/ dryer a big plus, and if you ask reception they can bring you a clothesline and/or extra coat hangers. 7-Eleven is a 7 minute walk from the hotel (next to the stairs going to Chit Lom BTS station) Lumphini Park is a 10 minute walk if you go left when exiting the hotel and walk along the canal.

Before arriving I saw a lot of reviews complaining about the sidewalk OUTSIDE the hotel- it’s absurd to complain about it as it has nothing to do with the hotel itself- look where you’re going and you’ll be fine (and this applies for every sidewalk in Bangkok or anywhere else in the world)

The hotel is in a fantastic location and a really nice neighbourhood. Close to malls, many places to eat and the BTS station. Super spacious apartment, beautifully furnished and decorated. Washer Dryer was a bonus and came in very handy. Beds were really comfy.

We were very happy with everything.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel and for good reasons. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and the facilities like pool, gym, kids playground etc are wonderful and well maintained. This time we had the platinum suite which are a bit older but still super spacious. If you are looking for a renovated room I recommend booking the prestige suite.

The bed can be a bit hard in the platinum suite. It would be great if they can improve the mattress or add a topper om top.

The room was really spacious and clean, the bed was comfy, toilet (bathtub and shower) was great, the staffs are well versed in English and were polite and nice. We really loved our stay. Highly recommend having breakfast/coffee at Sarnies which is just across the street. Location is good in terms of being relatively near Chidlom BTS and pretty straightforward to get to.

The pavement on the way in from Chidlom BTS (take the exit towards Mercury ville and use their escalators/lift to get to ground level so you don't have to carry your luggage down the steps) to the hotel are pretty narrow. Made worse when there's the local stalls are set up along the alley round the corner of Phloen Chit Tower (cut through their carpark to avoid squeezing through the stalls). It's fine when you are traveling light for your day to day but it's a problem with luggages and also the traffic around here is terrible. You might not get a grab out due to the bad bangkok jam.

Location is just perfect. Close to all shopping centers nearby. The best thing is probably Sarnies coffee across the road. Breakfast is ok, there is a lot of option. Rooms are big. Price - performance is okay for Bangkok. Our room wasn't ready at 14.00. It was late around 15-30minutes.

Beds are really not comfortable. I think part of the hotel in renovated and part is not. We were staying at non renovated part. Beds were stiff. I could feel springs. Windows needs to be cleaned and the aircon is quite noisy.

The location of the hotel was excellent. A short walk to two BTS stations with some restaurants, 7-11, and big mall all around the corner. The hotel itself was nice and well kept, but a little outdated and could use a refresh. The facilities were good and I maximized the fitness room. My only request would be for them to add a pool heater cause the water was freezing. I would definitely stay here again if the price was right.

Hotel needed a refresh (new paint and furniture) and the pool would have been better if it was heated.
