Our contact with facility personnel was very helpful and pleasant. We had good conversation and his directions for parking and access to the facility were spot on. He was very patient with us and had a pleasant demeanor even though we woke him in mid-night with our late arrival, and he extended our checkout time and extra hour without our asking. The hotel is 1/2 block from the beach. Close to dining and shopping. The facility is adequate and room was clean. The buildings are old and showing their age, but have been maintained. The pool looks good - we didn't have opportunity to use it. There is an attractive little plaza between buildings that looks like a comfortable space to relax during extended stay. Parking seems adequate.

The room view is a back alley with a view of the trash cans. Not a terminal negative because of our short stay, but detracts fron the ambience. I would recommend a cosmetic blocking structure for the trash cans and a pleasant paint on the opposing wall.

Nice location. Beautiful flowers growing out front. There are 2 pools! One is super tiny and the other is nestled in the back. It is fun to explore the paths and stairways around the grounds. The roof deck is lovely as long as you can climb the stairs. Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean and new. The room was a good size to accommodate the King bed and sturdy furniture. Had everything needed for a proper stay at the beach.

The towel supply was lacking. We had 6 floor towels, and 2 bath towels. Until we asked for more. A couple of the towels were stained. The bathroom could really use a shelf and towel bar there was no place to put anything. Even the back of the toilet was too small and curved so nothing could be placed there.

I love to help kind everyone else the management is amazing the pool is awesome the room was good besides the only thing I can say is the sink it's like weird so when you brush your teeth it fills up and it takes a while to drain but other than that that's nothing you know the room was nice big the balcony was amazing everybody was kind it was an easy check-in I came in from Rhode Island and I love Hampton Beach and I've stayed here numerous and many other hotels this one is my favorite the guy the hotel was so kind let me use the pool park let me even check in early which was nice I wasn't being I just wanted to get there use the pool and enjoy my time this is my favorite place to go in Hampton Beach I love Hampton Beach and the room was cleaned pool is awesome they have great customer service

I mean the only thing that like I said the sink would it was weird it would even if you brush your teeth it would fill up other than that everything was great and the AC could be a little bit higher where it's placed it doesn't but it should be high up so that room could get cool but I'm not complaining I'm there to enjoy the pool the arcade just the atmosphere of Hampton Beach

Yaya is the best customer service. Nice place, I love the small pool that is very quiet! The big one is nice too, but there are more people. You have everything you need. Nice big fridge , coffee maker, sponge and detergent for dishes. One block distance to the beach and convenience store with everything. We definitely will be back.

It is an old place and they need to put more attention " the details" , fix the lights, change the shower curtain, put a bulb on the fridge and kitchen. But it is okay to stay. They need to evaluate the check out hours, it is too early (9.30 am) if you need more late need to pay $35 plus taxes for 2.30 hs for check out noon.

The hospitality of Erica and Beju was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable!! I arrived a day late on Halloween weekend and they were so accommodating to comp me an extra day, even though I didn't need it because I had to get back the next day for work. But, the gesture was extremely nice though and I will never forget that! The price was decent for a great location where you can easily walk to the beach or the shops! Thank you again guys for the warm welcome and look forward to seeing you again if I'm in the area!

Nothing. Everything was great!

Location was perfect, ease of parking. Pool was super clean. Staff very helpful. Bed, super comfortable. Efficiencies were excellent, brand, new, and all functioning properly a normal size fridge, a smaller apartment stove with oven, new microwave, new countertop, and new sink in the kitchenette. The person tending all of the flowers flowerbeds and gardening was spectacular. I have never seen such a beautiful array of flowers displayed at this resort. 

This property needs a huge renovation.  it appears they have started, but our room number 57 was lacking in trim, fresh lighting the ceiling near the bathroom appears to have sunken due to a leak in the upstairs room. It was a Band-Aid repair job. Every outdoor piece of furniture was crusted in rust with sharp and bevelled edges ready to rip your skin apart.

The location was great, close to beach and shops, and to the Seashell Stage for nightly concerts. We loved having a small balcony, and appreciated the coffee maker, microwave, & small fridge. Coffee was available for the machine. The bathroom and main room were clean. All in all, I would love to return.

There are a few things that need repair at the hotel. It is a large hotel, with several buildings, so I believe it is hard to keep up with maintenance. The issues we had were reported to office and they did their best to fix things. I was disappointed that the office is closed from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m., this meant checkout is done by dropping keys off, with no chance to see any staff, and any issues after 10 p.m. went unheard. I did love having a 2nd floor balcony, but because parking for our building is underneath, 2nd floor means 3rd floor walk-up.

Big room and balcony! Not right on the beach but we had a partial ocean view from our room. 2 min walk to the strip and shops from room, cross the street and you are on the beach! Amazing size room for the area. Close parking, 2 pools, beautiful common areas. We will definitely be back!

everything was great

After all the bad reviews i was expecting the worse. Our room was fantastic. It was clean. They came everyday of our 5 day stay and cleaned our room and gave us new towels. Hampton hotels are not big and fancy and when you choose to come to hampton beach you know that. The location is perfect. We had a balcony. Was nice to hang our beach towels out to dry. We had a fridge which is great when traveling with kids. There was nothing to complain about.

Location to Ocean Boulevard . had an issue with one of my beds, called the front desk and they took care of it within a half hour which was a good thing.

There wasn’t nothing I didn’t like.
