The hotel has breakfast time slots that quests sign up for. You go to the dining area and the staff brings you all that you ordered. It is wonderful.

You cannot make our stay better. It was perfect. The staff and leadership make this place special. The amenities and rooms are wonderful.

i do not have enough superlatives to describe our stay at palazzo natoli. the hotel itself is tucked away down a side street in the old town, but with balconies fronting via vittorio emanuele, so the vibrant pedestrian district is always at your fingertips. you are nestled between the most beautiful architecture and important sites of the city. you could not ask for a better location. the rooms are perfection! we had the privilege of enjoying three. each had its own unique charm, and we loved visiting each other’s rooms to share the different experiences. all of them were fabulously appointed and warm, like visiting someone’s luxurious home. as if this was not enough, i must say that the service of every single member of the staff was the best i have ever experienced. no detail was too small. every desire was anticipated. every expectation was exceeded!

absolutely nothing. it was perfection !

This hotel is a peaceful, quiet, luxurious sanctuary in busy and sometimes chaotic Palermo. The staff is impeccable and everyone and everything was so accommodating to our needs. We particularly appreciated their efforts to provide delicious vegan breakfast options. I communicated in advance and every day and they also ask for everyone to fill out the menu form with what they would like for breakfast the next morning. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a very well run boutique hotel. It was overwhelming at first to be in Palermo after coming from peaceful Switzerland, as the city is a little overwhelming at first. This hotel is a true little sanctuary and a great place to rest and rejuvenate to explore the areas. We loved all of our sightseeing, especially Cefalu, and the hotel recommended eating at a restaurant they called Bastione and Constanza - what a fabulous recommendation for cefalu dining! The place the most amazing vegan food in a beautiful setting — thank you staff! We really can’t say how glad we are to have stayed at this peaceful hotel. Everyone who works there was so kind and attentive! They were always very helpful! They were great at communicating prior to our trip. We had questions about parking and driving and they were so helpful and kind. they made it easy for us and even booked our parking for us with the city We loved staying here. On this vacation, we stayed at many places and this was in my top two! He definitely went above and beyond, and the place is an amazing little boutique Hotel.

I could not find anything I didn’t like, except it would be nice if the vegan croissants were served heated and maybe a little crispy, but that is really nitpicking when everything else was served so beautiful and they made effort to bring a vegan. People at breakfast were always working so hard and they made it seem like they were happy to help us. The food was delicious!

Beautiful room in beautiful hotel! Quiet location on side street steps from main street in centro storico. You can’t beat the location. Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Great breakfast. Let them know if you are arriving by car and they will help out with a garage. Palermo is a fantastic, interesting city and this hotel is the perfect place to stay as it offers quiet and comfort right in the center.

Nothing - it really is perfect

Palazzo Natoli is an absolute gem of a hotel. The entrance is located on a small side street/alley, but our balcony hovered over a bustling street in Palermo's historic district. From the moment we arrived--at night, in the middle of a brief power outage in the city!--we were welcomed and treated like family members. Andrea was manning the front desk that night, and he immediately helped us get our bearings, offering us refreshments and a map on which he had personally noted several nearby things--cafés, cathedrals, parks, good restaurants--we might enjoy. He called in a reservation for us at a wonderful trattoria and talked them into staying open for us so we could freshen up once the lights came on. For the ten days we were fortunate to stay at Palazzo Natoli, we were consistently impressed with the professionalism, thoughtfulness, and friendliness of the staff, including Francesca, Nini, and Andrea. Our room was lovely--sparkling clean, very comfortable and light-filled--and the morning breakfast in the hotel café was an absolute highlight, too: home-made pastries; local cheeses; eggs however you like them; delicious caponata; orange juice that had been squeezed just minutes ago; the perfect cappuccino. We cannot wait to go back!

I cannot think of a thing I would change. Maybe offer down pillows for the fussy sleeper? Really, though, Palazzo Natoli was flawless, just wonderful.

Breakfast was excellent-- they prepare your order from the night before, they expect you upon arrival and they present it so beautifully! The seasoning was superb and italian espresso delicious! The restaurant is also very well decorated and charming.

if you have rented a car and need to get there, it's tough as you need to navigate through a pedestrian zone. I guess the Sicilian are used to it and they do not mind at all- in the end, a nice Sicilian gentleman driving a tuk-tuk helped us and open the way for us and he called our hotel to accompany us.

A very centrally located hotel with a variety of rooms from the spacious elegant family room to the cosy garden appartment with a feature of a well located in the shower.Beds were all exceptionally comfortable.Breakfast was great with a full range from fruit to eggs and everything fresh.Staff were extremely helpful even to changing rooms to suit partners needs for more windows etc!Hot water always came sometimes with a wait.Toiletries were lovely.

Some rooms it was hard to regulate the heating particularly the underfloor heating in the garden flat.Being a city and old buildings sometimes only one small window. It was hard having to plan what you'd like for breakfast a day ahead but I can see the virtue of itwith less food waste.Minor issues for a perfect stay.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcomed and as though they were completely ready and prepared for us. They had organised a very well marked up map with a large number of places for us to visit, including sites of interest as well as restaurants/bars etc. It was great to be so centrally located and allowed us to explore the city in the morning, return to the hotel for a rest after lunch and then do the same before returning to the hotel to get ready to go out in the evening. The staff could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. Our double balconied room was on the main street - but the windows and shutters were so efficient that you could not hear any street noise at night time. A/C was efficient and quiet. We were in Palermo when the City was celebrating 400th anniversary of Santa Rosalia - so lots going on, including some amazing processions that we could witness from our balcony. Plus - if you feel the need to exercise whilst you are away - there was a yoga mat, some resistance bands and hand weights in the wardrobe for us to use! Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Shower was spacious.

My only minor complaint was that the products in the bathroom were highly perfumed which was a shame as they were good products. The smell was overpowering and I resorted to using my own soap/shower products. Also - the stairs within the property are quite steep and might not suit everyone. This did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

This was a beautiful hotel right off a big pedestrian street in Palermo. Parking was a challenge but the hotel gave us a few options and then met us at the location to help with bags. The bathroom was very elegant and modern, the beds were comfortable and great design overall for a comfortable stay. We were a bit turned off by the drive in and spent most of our time in Palermo inside the hotel (were were there just to catch a flight the next morning) and were very comfortable overall. Breakfast was lovely and robust, staff was really helpful and pleasant.

Palermo was rough on the senses but this hotel made it feel much better.

The location is perfection...a little tricky to park nearby, but the hotel is well trained to direct travelers to find a spot. Loved that they have maps of the area already pre-marked for visitors. Their suggestions for our short stay in the city were spot-on. Staff wears Dolce & Gabbanna skirts, so there is a stylish interior to this little side-street find. Rooms were a bit small, but to be expected for a city hotel. You really choose this hotel for it's location...and it's a clean and safe space to rest your head. I did very much enjoy our little balcony w/ shutters to eat breakfast, which is delivered to your room!

It would be so helpful to have an elevator, but again, old city hotel...not to be expected. It felt like an adventure to arrive at night through tiny cobblestone streets. Don't stress about the local driving, just embrace it! It's wild. Room furnishings are a touch "antique" and historic...appropriate for this style of boutique hotel....just a style note to be aware of. Also you are not to drink tap water, but bottle water is provided in the room.
