The staff was friendly, the room incredibly comfortable, the bed was the perfect firmness to support side sleepers. The lighting was good, the shower was amazing, and overall the location was great. Between quite a few dining areas and easy access to the highway. Very clean and had room service. We didn't use it, but it's nice to know it was an option! Checking in was easy, getting into the rooms was simple, had a good lock on it that felt safe, the place overall was very clean and felt very safe. When booking for a stay over the weekend in the area, I will absolutely be booking with this property again. I loved the rooms!

We booked for two people and only got one shampoo for bathing, one bar of soap to bathe with in the bathroom, and not enough pillows. I don't know if three is the typical default number to put in there for a long size bed for two, but we saw pictures online that showed four on the big beds which made sense for a large king size bed. Would have been nice to have an extra pillow and extra bathing supplies.

The location was very convenient for my purposes. The room was clean as well as the sheets and towels. There was a good amount of grassy space to walk my dogs and for them to do their potty routine.

There was only one garbage "can" and one bar of soap. The wake-up call system seemed to be non-functional as I never received one during my stay. Also, there are huge potholes (at least 6 to 8 inches deep) upon entering the hotel!

Property location is why I have stayed here repeatedly. Numerous food and gas options within a short walk or drive. Staff is courteous.

The last few times I’ve stayed here there have been numerous people loitering around the property which made me uneasy. Perhaps increasing the lighting around the property would help to shed some light on this situation.

The property was very convenient for where we needed to be. Staff is very nice and courteous and help us when we needed it.

The smoke detector was beeping when we got into the room. The night manager tried to replace the battery still did not work. Wound up having to disconnect the smoke detector, but he was very prompt to helping us.

The location was good a lot of things were n walking distance if u don’t mind walking

The room wasn’t the cleanest. The cleaning service was not great at all. Had to complain to front office about the cleaning being done in the room room also had a funny smell.

Room was comfortable. Staff was great. Location was perfect and it was very quiet. We were able to get a good night sleep which we very important to us after driving for 9 hours.

The room was non smoking but smelled like cigarette smoke when we first arrived. We found a half empty bottle of beer on the floor. Trash wasn't emptied. The lighting was terrible, we had every light on and still couldn't see very well. Trying to get ready for a wedding with dim lights was hard. The bathroom was very very small and the door didn't have a lock.

The price was great, the location was great, nice vinyl flooring, clean. There was a $50 extra charge at arriving for incidentals. They said I would get it back within 10 days after checkout. But after checking out, it was deposited back to me 2 days later. So that was very nice. Nice size refrigerator and a microwave.

No elevator, unfortunately, very small tv.

Try to get the drug smells out of the rooms. It was potent and really unhealthy. Too much drugs in the room, advise tenants to smoke outside at all times. Thank you!

Very convenient location, close to many amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet even though they are pet friendly. Air conditioning works great.

A little difficult to get into the property - there is a shared driveway with a restaurant. AC unit was set to 61 and could not be changed. But it did feel great!
