Everything! The hotel was recently opened (3 years ago) and therefore everything is new and clean. Super comfortable, practical and stylish. Even though it is located on the outskirts of Warsaw, the acces to the Old City is super straightforward by car. Excellent breakfast. Underground parking place.

At the breakfast time, the main table where the food dishes were located, should have been a little bit bigger. When the hotel is fully booked, there is a little bit of traffic jam in the morning and sometimes you need to stay in queue in order to take what you want to eat.

Very clean and spacious room. Comfortable mattress. Very well connected to the center through tram and bus. Very nice personnel at the reception - they accommodated our special request which was very kind. Tasty Polish crepes and great selection for porridge during breakfast. Good value for money.

Overall, the breakfast options were limited, and the quality of the bread and juices was poor. The pillows were too high, and even the soft one felt like it was stuffed with something solid, not a smooth filling. The bathroom door closes "automatically " which was annoying to me.

One of the best hotels to stay at near Warsaw Chopin Airport—just a 10-minute drive away. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and come with comfortable pillows and a cozy bed. The soundproofing ensures a peaceful night’s sleep.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing and didn’t meet our expectations. The food quality was lower compared to other Holiday Inn hotels we’ve stayed at, and the variety was quite limited. For a 4-star hotel, there’s definitely room for improvement in this area. Additionally, there were too many instruction notices around the hotel, which felt unusual for me compared to other Holiday Inn locations. The breakfast quality slightly affected the overall expectations

Cleanliness in the room, free water, friendly staff, great breakfast options, parking. Shower gel and shampoo were really good!

Only a bit complain about silence. I really have no idea if dogs allowed or not, but I have heard one early in the morning. In the room it was a door, probably enter to the next room. I locked it from my side, but out there might be family with children stayed so those children were trying to open the door, they couldn't but were making a lot of noise for some time. Anyway night went good and comfy, we were sleeping from both sides of that magic door between us )))

Location of the hotel was easy to reach and not too far from Motorway. Check in was easy. Also we were happy that we could order a proper dinner as well, so therefore we went sleep with full satisfied tummies. Staff very welcoming and supportive.

Breakfast run was a bit chaotic and nearly not enough seating for everyone. Also parking info should be displayed more evidently as we stuck when driving out and people were waiting behind us while sorting out already paid ticket which didn’t worked at the gate. More clear instructions for parking system for sure needed.

Lovely hotel. Helpful and nice staff. The flight was delayed and we arrived very late. We were warmly welcomed. However I did notify reception about late check-in time although reception is open 24h. Wonderful breakfast. Nice area at the front of the hotel to sit and eat outside or have a drink in the evening. The hotel and rooms were clean and fresh. I was a bit worried that since it is Holiday Inn Express it will have a lower standard like Ibis Budget. My concerns were not justified! Everything was great and I will definitely stay there again!

I did not give 10 only because we were visiting in very hot summer and we wanted to set a bit cooler air in the room, but it was a fixed temperature of 24 Celsius. Also while having a shower the water was splashing all over the floor, so we had to wipe it after. And the extraction in the bathroom was not working. Other than that all perfect!

It’s a middle point of my travel plan. Clean and comfortable rooms. The beds are really perfect! Breakfast was really good for start to the day. I really liked the windows with good sound insulation. Location of hotel is good.

There is a need of a small fridge in the room. Parking area is small, and entrance to the garage is issue for small experienced drivers - too slope, barriers located on top of slope, it is hard to maneuver a big car. Price for parking is additional 12 EUR per 24h :(

Great location, super comfy bed and good shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Slept great and had a good stay.

Only one person was tasked with the desk and had to serve a line of people, which didn't live up to the Express in the name of the hotel. I hope you can set up a system to easily call for support staff during surges at check-in time. No bacon for breakfast. Just the twwo types of sausages and eggs was not really filling the crave. The sausages werent that great

Absolutely everything. We could live there :)

Around midnight the firealarm turned on. All guests left the rooms and went outside. Nobody from the hotel told us what is happening until few guests entered the hotel and searched for the staff. Only then the receptionist told us to go back to rooms while they are still trying to figure out what happened. Luckily, everything was ok and nothing happened, but I think this unpleasant situation could’ve been handled better.
