Absolutely stunning property. The views are incredible. The staff were all wonderful esp Rafeal, the bellman who was exceptional. Loved the spa infinity pool.. Amazing.!! Alpine Meadow view was even better in our opinion than the lake! Waking up to cow bells was very special. The special treat they left in the room for my husband’s birthday celebration was very much appreciated. Breakfast was great! Spices dinner was very good but request months ago for window table for birthday dinner was sadly not able to be fulfilled. This was the only negative aspect of our stay. Expensive but worth every cent..

The hotel and facilities are excellent, the staff provide superb service from start to finish.

The restaurants are overpriced for what you get, an average steak, fries and a salad for one person plus a couple of beers 200GBP. The bar in the lobby was the worst, a whiskey and two margaritas 200GBP, that was an expensive evening for one person!

Our rooms are connecting room with super nice lake view. The spa was too good to be true. There are choices of steam room and saunas, indoor and outdoor pool. We like the outdoor pool in particular, because it is clean and with less people. You can swim under water and ask your family member to take video or photos for you through the Bull"s Eye. Also, there is a floating pool in the spa which you should not missed. All in all, we had a great time in the spa.

The opening time of the Spa is from 8am to 8pm. Hope the opening hours could be extended from 8am to 10pm.

The warmth and welcome from every member of staff who went out of their way to make this a fabulous trip makes this hotel truly exceptional. Jonas on reception, when we arrived was fantastic, we enjoyed talking to Daniel from Italy and the lovely maitre d' at breakfast, and breakfast offer was exceptional, nothing was too much bother. Spa staff and concierge also excellent. The hotel has the most amazing views over Lake Lucerne, especially from the infinity pool. we loved the funicular and ferry and the spa is out of this world, easy to see why it won 'best spa in the world' last year. Book a contemporary room, with views over the lake (thank you for the upgrade to full view of the lake)- outstanding as were the housekeepers. Chilli popcorn and the cinema brilliant. Yoga class with Matti from Hungary was an enriching experience for mind body and soul. We will be back.

Honestly nothing, and that our trip was only 5 nights.

Incredible location, staff, service, kids activities such as the kids club… everything exceeded our expectations.

I wish there were better food options for kids that were healthier

It was an exceptional experience The only down fall was that it had to end The staff were great and polite, very hospitable since the start The snacks at the room were awesome and the view from the terrace was spectacular the Spa was amazing out of this world We had so much fun After touring around Europe It was the perfect ending for our trip to relax and unwind The food was above and beyond We are coming back hopefully soon in the future and for more than 1 night Thank you so much

I would say it was a little outside of our budget But after we stayed I can understand why 😂

every thing from the car parking to the entertainment is available some times the price is high but it worth every penny highly recommended

Hotel is fantastic; the views are glorious, the spa is extremely relaxing and well curated. The room was much bigger than expected with was a nice surprise. It was my 2y old's bday and we found a surprise little gift in the room with a card for him and his little brother which was incredibly sweet. Even the arrival treats were given having kids in mind (macaroons and dates for the adults, candy for the kids).

The only disappointment is that we were charged extra for requesting a baby cot. When paying well over 1k Euro per night, you would expect a baby cot to be free (we have travelled to over 12 countries with our kids and this was the first time that we ever got charged!)
